The overall experience was smooth- Pink Shoe came out to the house and walked the rooms I needed cleaned, covered their process, asked great questions about preferences and specific areas and set up was super easy!
The ladies last week did such a great job my daughter and I are so thrilled to have this time back that the crew gives us by taking care of the house!

Edited after four cleanings. Lowered stars from five to three. The second, third, and fourth cleanings did not meet expectations outlined in the initial walk-through/bidding process. Concerns were addressed through phone and email, but each subsequent cleaning continued to miss trash cans, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, and surface areas in the tub and shower.

We had them do a deep clean of the entire house both main level and upstairs which is 2000 sq foot plus. Sid and Sky did an awesome job and never stopped until they were finished. They didn't miss a thing. Very efficient and did things I didn't even expect of them like gathering trash from the wastebaskets and discarding it. The house was spotless when they were done. We will be using them bi-weekly for general house cleaning. I highly recommend them and this service!

I asked Pink Shoe Cleaning to come do a fall deep clean for me and have been using them monthly ever since. My house was spotless after they left and have helped me maintain this now for a little over 6 months. The staff is friendly and detailed. Ownership cares about their customers and employees and checks in frequently to ensure satisfaction.

Ash and Kiyanah came and did an amazing job for our first service with with them. They were amazing with our pets. Extremely fast and detailed.

I just began service with Pink Shoe—they were efficient, meticulous and friendly. Karen and Rachael have become my “dream team;” they cleaned the house as well as I do. It is a relief to know I can rely on Pink Shoe and give myself breathing room to get other things done! The first-time clean is more expensive than the regular quote; I feel like the price was fair—this is a big house with a brand new puppy.
