Team 3 Mayra and Carmen are angels! They went way above and beyond for our one time clean today. Life has been one struggle piled on top of another and we were slightly embarrassed at what they’d walk into for clutter/dirty wise— my jaw literally dropped when I saw how they cleaned. I cannot describe the relief. No complaints at all!!

Extremely disappointed. Basically just dusted and vacuumed. Touch points on doors, light switches were never touched. Area rugs not moved at all. Bathtub not cleaned. Complete waste of my time and money.

Molly Maid provided the service at my grandmother's house(Dawn Dewey) . The ladies who came did a great job and took care of all the details my grandmother mentioned. Jessica and Anna made my grandmother's house look amazing.

I have been with Molly maids for quite a while. Team 5 Rosie and Angelina are very sweet and amazing girls, great at what they do. I recommend everyone chooses Molly maids, very satisfied after every clean.

I recently got help with a deep clean for a bigger house I didn’t have time to clean. Team #3, Maribel and Mayra, was on time, friendly, and they asked questions for clarification which was a green flag, I’d highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I can't express how grateful we are for team 6, but they did a fabulous job on our move out cleaning. We both were hit with a twinge of sadness as the place looked as great as when we moved into the townhouse about 9 years ago. Everything we wanted addressed looked fabulous. They are truly magic workers and we can not thank them enough. Go Team 6.

Mike Tesnar and I got our house cleaned and just stupendous! We have a complex house with a lot of rooms with lots of stuff in each one-- they never make you feel bad or weird for anything you have in your house-- and all the knick knacky stuff they pick up, they put in a neat arrangement! Team 2 was wonderful. Thank you!

Lily and Sol (Team 14) did a wonderful job! Not only did the company squeeze me into their schedule for an initial clean, they far and away delivered. They had a tall task ahead of them. My house not only needed some serious help cleaning, it is cluttered. My expectations were just to do the hard stuff like bathrooms, floors, maybe some dusting. If something didn’t seem like it belonged, I put boxes out for them. I told them if it looks like trash, it’s probably trash. If you’re not sure, put it in a box I’ll deal with it. I just asked them to help me manage what I call my “doom piles”. I called them for help because I simply was running out of time to get my house somewhat presentable to go out of town, someone has to stay at my house unexpectedly while I’m gone, and the stresses of life were piling on. I just wasn’t going to be able to take care of the thousand other things AND get my house in order. They didn’t just clean my home, they helped my mental health by taking one major thing off my plate. By no means is my house spotless, but they did what they could with the time they had and did not abuse the fact it was open ended for as far as time. They did so much in a few hours and I seriously can’t thank them enough. What they did as a team in a few hours would have taken me days. I can’t wait to have them back to show their work for my doom piles was not in vain! I took a few before and after pictures. Remember, the boxes and where to put them were per my request so I could get the most cleaning from them (their actual job) and leave the de-cluttering to me. They just helped me manage how spread out the clutter is. My favorite little touch? The little bow on the toilet paper. Made me smile!

I just had my second bi-monthly cleaning with Molly Maid and I am very happy with the service so far. Mayra & Carmen (Team #3) are great! They are very friendly and do an amazing job! They are also very efficient. They may clean quickly, but that does not mean they skip anything. I did not find any spot they missed. Not only have Mayra & Carmen done a great job, but the cost is also reasonable. Considering the amount of time and hassle I am saving (on top of cleaning products), I think the pricing is very fair.

I had a horrible experience with a one time clean. They said they’d start at 930, what they didn’t say is that it could be 930-2, the start at 930 was just the start of ‘flexible scheduling’ that I didn’t agree to, so I was unaware this was an all day waiting game. When I called, the answering service was rude and less than helpful. The girls showed up and were nice enough, but did not introduce themselves. They were done in about an hour and a half. They offered for me to look but the floors were wet so I would’ve had to walk across wet floors to evaluate any of the work. When I reviewed the work later, so much of it appeared intouched. Stop scum deposits in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, urine was still on the toilets, drywall and construction dust/debris was untouched in the shower, oven not wiped out despite a conversation about it, a rug with a dirty rubber backing was placed back onto a wet floor… When I called the office the next day, I was then informed of a 24-48 timeframe for re-cleans. Unfortunately, this was not told prior to the work nor was the policy included in emails from the company. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to be home for a next day clean and communications with the manager occurred days later. Because it was out of the re-clean window, we’re just out of luck. No refund. No rescheduling. Just SOL because we didn’t know of policies that weren’t given to us. I would strongly advise against using Moll Maids. The convenience of a one time clean is not worth the headache or non-transparent pricing (you just get a charge later with no documentation or start/end time).

Team #8 does a fantastic job! Detail oriented and very open to hearing any feedback about any areas that need a second look. No cleaning service is perfect. That is just unrealistic. But Laytha’s team is very good! Very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! Plus she is very friendly and that is a big bonus! I am a satisfied customer!

I had a one time clean and was thrilled with Team #9! They paid attention to detail and all areas were thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends.

I honestly wasn’t keen on the idea of paying for a monthly service, but I’m so glad my boyfriend convinced me we should. I work 12-14 hours 6 days a week and have no energy to constantly clean up after our 3 cats. Our first team (Laytha and Nayeli) were SO nice and knocked my socks off!!! Today’s team (Rubi and Sol) amazed me with their speed and the level of effort they put into the cleaning. Right as they arrived, a full clothing rack broke and folded in half, so I just made the bed messily and stacked everything up on it to get it out of their way. Rubi/Sol STILL made the bed perfectly even though it meant moving everything I stacked up, then they placed it right back neatly on top. I’m genuinely grateful we chose to employ this service. I would have loved a set team, but I’m so glad I can say with confidence that every team so far has carried the same level of standard, making me feel more comfortable with anyone they may send. In the future we may not have anyone home to put the cats away for them, and I hope it won’t bother our teams in the future to have them hanging around as they clean.

Ana & Jessica cleaning went above & beyond our expectations! Everything was immaculate and done in a timely manner. The only thing I’m mad about is that they create way better vacuum lines than I ever have! 🤣

Charlie and Jessica did a great job! This was my first time using Molly Maids and my house looks amazing. They gave great attention to detail , cleaning blinds , shower doors and all those hidden little places. Much appreciated!

I was so happy with Eliany and Angalina from Molly Maid! They were sweet and friendly, very efficient, and my place looks great. I had them do the floors, kitchen, and bathrooms, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

My house was deep cleaned by Team 13: Theresa & Maria and WOW! They did an amazing job and got the house spotless. The best part is they were able to get all the hard water stains off my black facets in the bathroom! I would use this team over and over again!

Team #4 (Dora and Maribel) did a great job! This was our first time using a cleaning company and I am so happy with the results! The house feels so clean! We will be continuing to use this service and highly recommend them!

Surpassed my expectations!

I have been using the service for about 3 months and i'm very pleased! I have Team # 4 - Moribel & Lupe - and they do a fantastic job! I wish I had done this sooner. I love their attention to detail and how well they are able to get the place so spic in span. Highly recommend!

Team 6...what an amazing pair of women. Rubi and Sol cleaned our home from top to bottom. I think it looks cleaner now than when we moved in! They were so kind and quiet. I hardly knew that they were here. They worked hard and did an excellent job. Thank you so much ladies.
