Marisol and Sarina were excellent! I am very impressed with their quality of work. I had never had someone else clean my home and was not sure what to expect. They truly went above and beyond and I am so happy!

Ana & Jessica were amazing! After the movers cleared our house, we were in desperate need of a deep clean on VERY short notice. These 2 made accomadations for all of the chaos & last minute changes at the house during their time here. Efficiency, Quality, & Adaptability to name a few. They saved the day!

Mayra and Carman were absolutely incredible. They were efficient and thorough. I am so so pleased with the work they did and they deserve all the praise! Thank you for helping out this work from home and stay at home mom!!

Team 9 with Molly Maids have done a great job! They arrive and get right to work. Each person has their own areas to clean. Very friendly and helpful. Love the way they vacuum the rugs! I do recommend them!

Charlie and Marisol (team 14) cleaned my home today for a 1 time clean and they did an amazing job. We have 4 animals and I came home and you could never tell I have pets! Smells great, no fur, all the surfaces are spotless. Would 100% recommend.

Team 8 was phenomenal. They did my apartment clean and were wonderfully friendly and professional. They absolutely took care of everything and were super understanding when I was a little late to let them in. They went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Thank you so much Laytha and Ana! It was a dream to come home to my apartment today! I did not pay for this service as it was a birthday gift/splurge from a friend so I’m not sure about the price but the service was excellent.

Natalia did a great job cleaning my house. My shower had horrible soap scum and now is completely clear.

I've been struggling with deep cleaning my home and made the decision to hire Bright Delight. The cleaner was prompt and thorough, coming home to a clean home was greatly appreciated. Will use again :)

This is the first Google review I’ve ever written, which hopefully speaks to how much I value fairness and clear communication.

I booked a deep cleaning over a month in advance, on a Saturday as recommended by the company so they could send their best crew. Unfortunately, the team arrived an hour late, which disrupted our plans for the day and caused us to cancel a meaningful family outing. Because everything was running behind, there wasn’t time for a walkthrough before or after the cleaning—I trusted that everything we had agreed upon would be completed.

The two cleaners who arrived were kind, respectful, and worked hard during their time here. I truly appreciated their effort and professionalism. I don’t believe the issue was with them, but rather with how the company managed the service overall. The company mentioned something about electric cars not being charged, but the cleaners arrived in what seemed to be a personal gas vehicle, so it felt like communication gaps were at play.

Later, I noticed that several of the high areas—like cabinets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures—hadn’t been cleaned. These require a ladder, which the team didn’t have. No one mentioned it or asked if one was available. When I followed up, I was told the ladder was with another crew that day.

I reached out on July 7th requesting a partial refund so we could resolve the issue fairly and possibly work together again. I haven’t heard anything back.

This isn’t a negative review of the cleaners themselves—they did their part. But when you pay for a deep clean at this level, you expect coordination, clear communication, and follow-through. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision and helps the company improve its internal processes.

My house is so clean..these ladies went above and beyond without me saying a word..added bonus little interior work with furniture and tables..They have made our day..appreciate they fit me in when it was my fault for late contact..best of luck on your business

Our housekeeper was awesome! She did the work of 3 people and was incredibly efficient. We hired bright light to deep clean our house after we moved to get it ready for the realtor. We are super pleased with this service and would recommend to anyone.
