I have been going to grass pad for over a year now I’m the owner of simply sod a sod install company I have never had a customer complain about the sod I get from them and they have always make me a priority and answered all the questions I have !! Would definitely recommend to them !

We bought some sod, ornamental grass and a tree which are all looking great after install. The selection was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I recommend ignoring the few Negative Nellys who complain about lack of staff. Pretty much everywhere is short staffed but at least these guys clearly work hard and are super nice. Support our local businesses - this place is great!

Thank you Loveland and staff for giving us a local, friendly option!! We will definitely be shopping here again.

Nice enough folks working there but not really idiot proof after all, no instructions provided for how to handle kids and pets post application, if you don't have a spreader that's on the list on the bag it's very unclear how much to use. Will continue to buy grass seed here probably but having to call every time I need to apply a step is the opposite of what I wanted.

Awesome place. The girl who worked with us was 100% into her job, you could tell and she knew her information. She managed to save us some money on things we did not need. She was extremely informative and helpful, and took in all questions we had. I believe her name was Jenna if i remember correctly 5/5

Great customer service as they are always trying to be helpful. Buyers be aware of the tree warranty! I bought 20 trees from them and had a few that did not make it within the year warranty. Problem is the warranty isn't a replace but rather 50% off the replacement tree or maybe it was 50% off your original purchase price. It wasn't real clear on how it was explained. Many, if not all, of the competitors in this industry offer replacement with a receipt with no hassles.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Last fall I was looking at bushes, deciding what we would get in the spring to plant before my daughter’s graduation this year. A sales
person asked if I wanted them while I was looking and I said no and that I thought it was too late in the year to plant them. We talked for over an hour and even brought my wife in to the conversation because she too was nervous. He assured me it wasn’t too late and they would do fine through the winter.

90 percent of them did not make it.

I called about 20 times this spring and left messages to call me to discuss, but no one could be bothered to return a phone call.

Today we drove to the store and talked the guy that sold me the bushes.

He claimed to not remember the hour long discussion along with the hour of helping me load stuff over about 5 separate trips back and forth to my house. He proceeds to tell me that if I bought a bulk amount of plants he would have discounted them. And that because he discounted them they don’t have any warranty.

I don’t buy anything without a warranty. Anyone who’s knows me or has ever tried to sell me knows this is true. I am an old man like that.

So now I have about forty big dead bushes to replace and am out about $4000.

This place is shady. If you aren’t a contractor, stay away from them

If there's a better landscape business in Omaha I haven't found it. The MGR , Jason is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. For everything yard Grass Pad is the spot!!!!

Several times I have gone to the grass pad and workers are rude, don’t have what they tell me on the phone either, I stopped driving across town and use nebraskaa turf, maybe better results with nebraskaa tuft and 1/2 the price of the grass pad and workers so much nicer than the grass pad. Sorry grass pad won’t be returning ever again you screwed me over one to many times

Always helpful service. Been a long time customer. Love being able to buy grass seed by the pound. Prices are reasonable and I like supporting a local business.

I continue to get quality service here every time! Most recently we were traveling through Omaha on the way to Eastern Iowa, and arrived at the store just as they were closing the gates for the day. Even though they had a family work event that day, they still took the time to re-open the gates, allow me to make my purchase, and offer great service throughout.

Great Assortment of Flowers and Plants for House Decorations and Gardens! Prices are reasonable and the staff is Very Friendly! I was truly impressed with the cleanliness and organization of their facility! The ladies were very helpful to find which flowers I needed for the different locations around the house. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!!

Great experience working with Jason today. He was very consultative and gave me a good understanding of the specific things I needed to improve my lawn and fix some trouble area. Helped me come up with a solid plan for the year. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff... and fairly priced. I'll shop there again.

Highly recommend Loveland Grass Pad for there products and great staff to answer all your lawn care needs. I changed all my lawn care products over to Loveland brands and very satisfied with there results.

I had a question that I post on line, The response was to a steve and not me. I then went into the store and showed the pictures I posted online and Andy sold me Strobe Pro G fungicide and some 52 dollar herbicide. I was reading about the fungicide and it said that you should not use when fish are present. I live on a lake and I am concerned about runoff. Again no real instructions on how to apply either product except putting 3 oz of herbicide in a gallon sprayer. I started to read the information on the fungicide today and called asking to speak with someone. Was put on hold and eventually dropped my call. Needless to say since I live 80 miles away I just cant come into the store. Very disappointed with this process.

I started the Idiot Proof fertilizer program last fall. My yard is a work in progress, but it is the best it has looked in over a decade. It went from one of the worst to one of the better ones in my neighborhood in under a year.

These guys know grass. We have followed the instructions given to us by them for three years and have an envious lawn! Everyone who sees our lawn compliments us. My husband takes the credit, but Loveland really deserves ALL the credit. Green, lush and beautiful!!

First time visiting, place looks great! Great products & seeds. BUT the Younger lady (short hair) at the cashier, gave me so much attitude just because I didn’t exactly know what seed pod I was purchasing yet…. Ruined the whole vibe for me. Not coming again.

I love the grass pad, funny enough I don't have very much grass. I do have a massive flower and vegetable garden though thanks to the grass pad. Amazing variety of of spring, summer, and fall veggies and flowers. I constantly get compliments on my gardens... but it's the high quality of plants and root stock I buy from the grass pad that do all the work! Customer service is always ten stars even when they are packed. I will always go to the grass pad for all my garden needs!!
