The service tech Cameron Manore was excellent. This was my first experience using Quality Irrigation. My previous sprinkler company Nature's Helper merged with Quality. Cameron called when he was on his way, as I had requested. He explained everything that he was doing. He quoted me any repair costs and asked for approval before starting. Overall great first experience.

We are new to Quality Irrigation after they bought our previous company after we moved. Ron came out today, showed us how the system works. He found a problem & repaired it. Great service.

Tommy did a great job. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I appreciated that he paid attention to detail ( cleaned out the box that housed the sprinkler units… can’t remember the exact name). He’s a valuable employee!

We had a great experience dealing with a Josh and his partner. We had another company install a new manifold and one of the zones in the new manifold was clogged by a wood chip. They couldn't find the problem and wanted to run a new line. Josh found and fixed the problem immediately. We would definitely have them back. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. Great job!!!

I booked an appointment online to get a quote on fixing the backflow preventer on my irrigation system. There was no mentioning online about a service fee. The technician showed up, said they don't fix backflow preventer and gave me a quote to replace it. I didn't like the quote and declined the service. They started harassing me by email and phone about an unpaid bill for the service call. I don't recommend hiring this company

I am glad I made the switch to Quality Irrigation. The team is very thorough and treats my yard as if it were their own. I use Quality for both lawn treatment and irrigation. I've had the pleasure of working with Ed for lawn treatment and Matt for irrigation. I have a lot of yard and it is a lot of work, but they were both extremely professional and diligent.

Very helpful in setting up my updated controller and replacing a few malfunctioning heads. Walked me through everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Thank you!!

Paid to $130 for winterization in November 2025. Went to turn on system in this April and the black plastic freeze indicator was broken on the brass fitting and water was leaking out of the bonnet. Called and they said they could not do anything other than a discount on labor. Didn’t seem fair as this was due to some degree of improper winterization. Will be going elsewhere next season.

Great experience with my sprinkler check-up - they were helpful in finding a time that worked for my appointment and our technician, Brayden, was kind and did great work.

About two weeks ago, Quality Irrigation sent out two technicians to help me troubleshoot an issue with my sprinkler system. Nick was incredibly professional and knowledgeable—he provided clear, honest insight and really took the time to walk me through everything. Cameron accompanied him and was equally polite and respectful the entire time. Both were patient and thorough, making sure I understood the process as they worked. The issue was resolved after about an hour, and while the final cost was more than the standard service fee, it was completely reasonable and justified. I’ve worked with several sprinkler companies in the past, and hands down, Quality Irrigation is the best I’ve come across. Highly recommend them for any sprinkler repairs, maintenance, or seasonal services!
