Excellent service call today I appreciated all he did for me and I sincerely appreciated his checking with me along the way to keep me updated and let me know what things would cost before he did the work

Robert showed up on time and got right to work. Once he finished turning my water system on, he gave me a complete report to let me know how things looked. Outstanding work and thank you for being so thorough.

He did fantastic. He spent time making sure that every zone was hit by the sprinkler and adjusting. If it wasn't, I can't say enough good things about the job he did today. Thank you

Jordan was our technician, he came out and did an excellent job talking me through all of the things we wanted and/or needed to keep our sprinkler system going the way we would like. Very professional, very nice. Great job!

Jeff quickly responded to our call, came out early the next day, and found the problem with our irrigation system, which was fixed two days later by Joe, another very competent technician. We appreciated Quality Irrigation's fast response and willingness to work with our schedule. The techs were pleasant and polite, which we also appreciated.

Communication was not the best. We paid in May. Nothing was done until July. Had zero idea of install except it would likely be done before June. July hits, we got it done and the lawn was tore up. Bunch of trail marks everywhere that are irreparable. Main office was bad. Sales guy stopped communicating 100% after payment in May. The onsite tech was good which is why I boosted to 3 starts.

Jordan did a great job getting our sprinklers ready for the season. He repaired a broken head quickly and even flagged some other landscaping sprayers that I had asked him not to fix because I wanted to do it myself. I appreciated that he pointed out the ones which needed my attention.

Cameron was a great guy! Very nice, polite, and got the adjustments done quickly.

A little more than I wanted to spend, but I think probably comparable to any other sprinkler company…

Victor notified me via text that he was on his way and arrived around 12 PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. He checked the flow and condition of the sprinkler heads, adjusted one, and replaced the other so that they functioned properly. He was very congenial and efficient and my sprinkler system is now operating at peak performance levels. I highly recommend Quality Irrigation and commend them on their choice of Victor as an employee.

Jakob K. was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was he allowed me to walk with him while he adjusted sprinklers to ensure it was to my satisfaction. This made the whole process transparent and gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. It’s not often you find someone who balances speed with attention to detail and customer service this well.

Josh is very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. You can tell he truly enjoys his job. This man needs a raise. I manage a manufacturing facility and would love a shopful of employees like him!

I have been very impressed with Quality Irrigation in totality. Great service and customer care. Eric Ventura performed the Spring start up maintenance arriving early and was prepared taking into account my concerns I provided when scheduling. He took the time to listen to my input, adjusted sprinkler heads to hit new garden areas and addressed sprinkler heads needing repairs. He was very pleasant to work with which adds credibility to this company. Thank you!

Nick was professional and very easy to talk with about my aging sprinkler system. He serviced the system and fixed any issues and answered all my questions. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend and will request him next time for sure!

Today, Fernando came by to turn on my sprinkler system. He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn’t encountered before. I really appreciated his openness—it’s a reminder that we’re all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don’t know is part of that growth. I was glad to hear he learned something new from my experience. Despite that, he’s clearly a very experienced technician who made the entire process smooth and completed the work efficiently.
