I have been very impressed with Alvin’s customer service! Whenever I have asked him for anything, he responds immediately and is on top of it. I would highly recommend his services!

Great work and quick turnaround!

I have a wall in the backyard that was over grown with stuff & a second area that needed attention. I attempted to clean it myself but found poison ivy (I am highly allergic). AC Lawn came out, listened to what i was needing done. The day of the job, he was earlier than excepted & had half the job done before I realized he was here, no messing around, went right to it.
He did a fantastic job & it looks exactly how I was expecting/wanting it too.

AC Lawn Care does a great job and has very good prices. He has always been quick to respond. He has done mowing, yard clean-up and snow removal for us.

Extremely pleased with AC Lawn Care. Alvin was prompt, efficient, and did a fabulous job with removing leaves and tackling our overgrown lawn. So relieved to have found a reliable and reasonably-priced lawn care service.

I am a new customer to AC Lawn Care and Alvin. I am so impressed with the complete job he does. The trimming is done around the entire property, the edging is done with a perpendicular blade, the paved areas are blown clean, and the best part - the rows are straight! Had been using AC for two years with no problems. I always paid promptly despite their HUGE price increases. This year after many emails and text messages, they just ghosted me. I can only believe since they are so unprofessional to call back a loyal paying customer that they no longer want to have clients in or have decided to discriminate against clients in poor North Omaha, as that’s where my son’s property is that they mowed.I’m sure that’s the reason for the huge price increases too. When that didn’t work, I guess they just decided to ignore me.

Responding to the response received to this so all who read can see.

Received letter March 19 and it said verbatim, " Please confirm services for the 2024 lawn season by answering this email or sending a text message if you prefer by Saturday March 23, 2024. We will not be sending further reminders past Saturday and if we do not receive a reply, we will assume that you will not continue services with us for 2024,." First of all you gave me only 4 days to respond, but most importantly, if you were not going to provide services for anyone who replied past that date, you should have removed, "assume that you." You did not say you will not provide services - you said we'll assume. Well, I made it clear your assumption was wrong. I emailed you on 3/30 and said we will use your services. And then again April 3 and April 9 and April 13. I texted you April 6 and April 11. Not a peep!

And if you can't handle someone questioning your prices and your changes, you're in the wrong business. Again, for others reading - AC requires you to prepay for all lawn mowing services for the month prior to the start of the month. I don't know about you but I don't pay to get my hair cut a month in advance or my mechanic. It's asking their clients to put an absorbent amount of trust in them and the financial strength of their business.

Andrea and her team are absolutely amazing. I recently moved into a new house and the yard needed a lot of work. The lot is a half acre and they were able to clean everything up and haul it away. I can’t recommend them enough! We will absolutely be using them in the future!

I required a month of lawn service after a surgery and AC was one of two companies (out of six) to return my call and the only one willing to come to my neighborhood. They did great work and worked fast. I definitely recommend their services and would use again if the need arises.

He came when he said he would and that’s awesome!

I reached to Alvin to drop off a truck so we could put stuff in it to be hauled to the dump. Alvin was fast to respond and extremely easy to work with! He checked in with us aa the day started to get later and was prompt to pick the truck back up. Amazing price for the service! I'll definitely be reaching out again to try his other services!

They did an amazing job. Worked really hard and quickly. They made sure to check with me about what I wanted and did exactly as I asked for! They are super nice, professional, and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone with yard care needs.

With the leaves from fall adding all this snow and ice our gutters were backed up and now with it all melting it was sleeping into our basement. We called Alvin and was able to get to us in 30 minutes. He did a great job! I absolutely recommend him and the company! Very respectful!

Reached out for a quote and they called me the next day to let me know it would be ready in 2 business days. Is been over a week and no quote. I got a call 3 days later and they said "they locked their keys in the car" and that's why they couldn't provide a quote. I have called and texted them to follow up on the quote for the past three days and none of my calls or texts have been answered or replied to. This company will actively ignore you.

Our yard was in need of some tlc, especially the backyard. Andrea was wonderful to work with! They did such an amazing job and our yard has never looked better!
