The Monahan lawn crew has been amazing for all they do for my yard. I have an acreage so the duties they do are plentiful. I am thankful that I found and they are on all the jobs that I need.

I have used Monahan for many years now. I have used him for many residential properties along with many commercial properties. I have had nothing but great experience for all the years we have done business together. I wouldn’t recommend or work with anyone else but him. 10/10 recommendation

When my wife and I began planning the installation of a paver stone patio with retaining walls, we reached out to several well-known lawn care and hardscaping companies in the metro area for proposals. Around that time, in September 2024, we had the opportunity to observe Monahan Lawn Care & Property Services firsthand as they installed a new concrete block retaining wall for our neighbors. The quality of their craftsmanship stood out immediately, prompting us to ask CJ Monahan for a quote on our project.

From start to finish, CJ and his crew exceeded our expectations. Not only did they bring our vision to life, but they also contributed thoughtful design ideas that transformed our patio into a stunning outdoor space, seamlessly integrating with our existing landscaping. Their attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way.

I had a tree service remove a 22 year old Colorado Blue Spruce from my backyard. Once the tree was removed I was left with a very large circle of mulch that had to be cleaned up. Monahan did a great job of removing all the accumulated mulch and prepared the area for sod. They laid the sod and filled in the area very nicely. The best part of the project was the respect they had for my property. They had to use a bobcat to access area but took care in not damaging the yard surrounding the project area. There clean up was outstanding.

Had a really great experience with Nebraska Patio and Landscape. Good local Omaha crew that actually shows up, does what they say, and takes pride in their work. Hard to find that these days.

They know their stuff when it comes to landscaping and patios, and they made the whole process easy. No runaround, just straight-up good service.

Also gotta mention their storefront. I stopped in and they’ve got a ton of cool stuff for your yard and patio. Not your typical big box store junk either, some really unique pieces that make your outdoor space stand out.

We needed a small concrete patio for our backyard and Nebraska Patio and Landscape really delivered. They worked fast and had it completed within a few days. Turned out beautiful! Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Worked with Jim on creating the perfect plan for our Papillion home. We wanted to add some useable space to the backyard in the form of a concrete patio as well as a planter. We also added 3, step down planters along side the house to help with erosion. Jim was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The services are VERY reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area and his crew was nothing but professional and did amazing work. We are VERY happy with the results! I'd HIGHLY suggest working with this small, local business.

If we need landscaping work done, Nebraska Patio is our only call. They have fixed projects done by others and completed some amazing work on our new projects. Professional, hardworking crews that show up when they say they will and stick with it until the project is done. No complaints.

I went in for one bag of potting soil and walked out with potting soil, mulch, outdoor flower pots, and a small army of garden gnomes who now clearly run my backyard. Zero regrets. This store has everything; Great selection, fun vibes, and dangerous levels of “oh wow I didn’t know I needed this.” If your garden needs supplies and personality, this is the place. I’ll be back… probably for more gnomes. 🌼🧑‍🌾

We called Jim for an estimate on replacing our deck with a paver patio last fall. He was very responsive and got us a price fairly quick. His crew was hard working and courteous and we love the new patio and glad we never have to stain a wood deck again. Highly recommend!

They extended and slightly redesigned our retaining wall to accommodate some changes in our deck. They did an amazing job. It looks perfect and they went above and beyond to find matching stone that was no longer being manufactured. They also went above and beyond by removing and replacing a couple bushes and putting some sod over the new dirt. They were very professional and hardworking and I would highly recommend. We will definitely use them for future landscaping projects.

Guys are out fertilizing DIRT.

Been trying for years to get them to come back out to complete the job of installing the metal edging around the rock beds that they put in. Stakes were only installed every third pocket opening of the edging because they "ran out" of them. Noah came out to fix an area that was completely raised out of the ground and I was told they would come back out to fix the rest soon. That was a few years ago. I call every year and noone ever comes out. My rocks are spilling into my yard because of the poor install job. Very upsetting.

Hero’s Lawn Service is doing a great job taking care of our property. Steve recently did another round of fertilizer. Very professional.

Was referred by the neighbor, called the number talked with a representative explained to him my irrigation problem and he had Roy came out and fixed my sprinkler heads that was leaking and the water wasn’t properly getting the pressure it needed; I highly recommend Heroes Lawn Care.
