Fantastic service, great products and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend using Sun Valley for all your landscaping needs. So much to offer.

Last night, I was doing some business planning with a colleague of mine in the late afternoon. When we pulled up, there was a Sun Valley crew hard at work. They were gone within about 15 minutes of us getting there.

45 min later, a lone Sun Valley vehicle pulls up. Dude gets out of his car and I watch him go to every single “flower pot” and either spend 30 seconds at it or literally get his hands dirty inspecting the job. He did this for every bit of work that the crew had worked on. I was really impressed. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. He didn’t have to do that. There was nobody watching. He did it because he genuinely cared. We were both very impressed. I went outside, introduced myself, told him what I saw, how I felt and asked him for his card.

Dan demonstrated some remarkable professionalism, and I wanted to make sure you knew. I have no doubt you already know this about him but wanted to make sure you heard from me.

My mother Patricia as all services through them and I get my fertilization through them and they do an amazing job. Very good communication when issues do arise. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

We started with Sun Valley around a year ago. We're certainly glad we did! They do a wonderful job in the many areas we use them in, and they have great communication with us every time they come. I highly recommend them!

Danny, in particular, always offers to help us get our items to our truck—even though we are kind of doing “self service”. Today he loaded our buckets of rock onto his skid loader which really helped our backs!! He is never without a smile and goes out of his way.

From making changes to the original proposed plan to the completion of the project, everyone was courteous and professional. Hugh, from Sun Valley, who came out to discuss adding a flower bed in my front yard, was extremely helpful. He listen to what I wanted, sketched a diagram for me and included the type and sizes of the plants I had in mind. He is very knowledgeable making great suggestions and easy to work with.

The crew that installed the flower bed as well as cleaned out the ones in my backyard worked very hard and accomplished everything that Hugh and I had talked about. They knew what and how to do what needed to be done and worked effectively and efficiently.

Highly recommend! Frank and Juan greeted me while I looked around in the yard and were very helpful and informative. They helped me find what I was looking for and listened to my needs. Prices are better than other places in the Omaha area too. I don’t normally write reviews but my experience there made it seem necessary.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I do wish that when they remove shrubs, they would dig them out instead of just cutting them back. With their help, my backyard is looking much nicer!

I was totally impressed with this company! Got a call back right away, quote within a couple days and started within a week. 2 days later we had beautiful landscaping. They even pressure washed the driveway and sidewalks, raked the lawn where they was dirt and even moved sprinkler heads where needed! Above and beyond expectations!

SunValley does a very good job maintaining all aspects of our lawn and landscaping. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any concerns we have.

We have tied various landscape companies over the years, but Sun Valley is by far the best; reliable and courteous, experienced and thorough we are very pleased with them.

Price/value seemed decent, however, they failed at my spring cleanup, as shown below. They did discount my bill, but when they sent the crew back to fix it, they blew piles of leaves into my neighbor's yard, resulting in complaints to me. I am glad they cancelled my services, but they did so without proper communication. Their communication was overall horrible. They were difficult to get response from through the entire process.

We love our new landscaping. Matt and his team were great to work with. They listened to our feedback of the initial design and re-worked the plants to suit our taste and incorporated design elements that were important to our family. Communication was easy and prompt. The installation team was friendly and respectful when completing the work. The Sun Valley team worked hard to make our vision a reality and we are so thankful for our new garden/landscaping. We would work with Sun Valley again for future landscape and patio design.

We have worked with SunValley many times in the last 3 years. The staff has always been very helpful finding the right color/ size of rocks for big and small projects. We have also had mulch loaded up in our truck as well as river rock. The staff is always helpful and careful when dumping into our vehicle. We appreciate the special care they always provide. We had them deliver over 8 tons of rock on a new build and the driver was very considerate of our requests and we find their prices cannot be beat. Sun Valley is our go to landscaping company for rocks and mulch.

Our first project with Sun Valley. Jose was our onsite manager. We had two or three men working each day. All were professional, cordial and enjoyable to work with. Their work was conscientious and thoughtful. They kept the worksite picked up and were considerate of neighboring property. All that have seen their work have been very complementary. We look forward to working with them on another project. The photos are two before and two after pictures. They look grainy as I complete this review. I hope they show clear when posted.
