Steve was very good at his job. He did what you promised and gave us encouragement on our carpet and what to look for if we ever decided to replace it.

Rex and Steve were both very helpful. They cleaned our couch cushion in a timely manner and for a great price!

Fabulous service all the way around. Rex came out and to estimate and answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Steve came by to stretch the carpet even with floor outlets and lots of vents it looks better than I expected. Jen and Laura came next to clean all of the stains out of the carpets. They look brand new! Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Everyone was professional and efficient. Highly recommend

Steve worked a miracle on my carpet this morning. Carpet that had been manhandled by the fangs of an 8 month, 70lb Golden Doodle. It literally looks like brand new carpet. Steve is the man and I’ll recommend him and his company to anyone that will listen. Such a good dude! ❤️

I had a fantastic experience with big reds carpet, cleaning company and carpet connection. I was sent the phenomenal team of Jen and Laura and I cannot stress enough how professional, trustworthy, and thorough they are. I am very happy with the Pet stain removal, and odor is nonexistent now! Next, I’ll have them clean my vents and clean my carpets again in six months. The owner, Rex, answered all of my questions and made me feel secure after I’ve already talked to two other carpet cleaning companies. Call them. They are everything they say they are ! Jeanne

These guys are incredible. Rex came out at the very last second to clean my son’s carpet and I have NO idea how he got it so clean. It was in a rental home so we thought the ick would never come out. It DID and he was unbelievably fast. I of course called them again for my personal home. Steve stretched our carpet to cover some edge areas that had been chewed up. It looks practically brand new. These guys are the best out there. Someone mentioned that they were overpriced. That is LAUGHABLE. The level of professionalism, the systems they have in place, the technology they use, their work vehicles, their insurance, their knowledge, their marketing, their gas and vehicle maintenance, their equipment and so on and so on is UNDER VALUED! They should be charging more because these fellas are the best at what they do AND extremely timely. I hope they avoid complaining customers in the future because there are more than enough of us that understand what it means to run a small business and the expenses associated. Also, if your carpet is absolutely ruined by your animals, you cannot expect a miracle. Have a LITTLE common sense when it comes to what can be done with disgusting carpet.

We were very impressed with the service and communications from Big Red's Guaranteed Clean. The service tech was extremely efficient, came when he said he'd be there, and did a great job with a great attitude. This is the second time we've used Guaranteed Clean for a response to a basement water issue and the work to clean and restore the carpeting has been top notch both times (once for us, and once for an elderly relative). I was particularly impressed with the communication about the planned work and arrival time. The price was fair and reasonable.

I am a realtor and had to have some mold work done on one of my listing. Bug red did an amazing job communicating with me and getting the job done in a timely manner. I would use them on my personal home and for jobs in the future!

Big Red’s was awesome. Very easy to schedule, affordable, and professional. Steve truly cared about his craftsmanship for the carpet repair and did an excellent job. When I had a last minute conflict, they were accommodating with my schedule.

This was the 4th time we have had water in our basement. All 4 times Big Red was great at restoring the wet carpet and pads back to normal. We also used them to stretch our carpets tighter. Great job there as well. As much as we have used this service, we should have Rex on speed dial! Great company, great service!

I'm very picky about who I endorse - because recommending the best experiences I've had with local businesses & products is a big part of what I do for a living. Big Red's Guaranteed Cleaning took on a job of removing some nasty carpet at our home and and they did great work as you can see. Know this too - they do way more than just clean carpet - but they clean carpet like nobody else!

We have been a customer of Big Red Carpet cleaning for more than 30 years. We have always been very satisfied with both their service and pricing. our latest experience was NOT good. The communications between Big Red and us was poor. They missed several delivery deadlines for our oriental rugs with no advance notice. I had to CALL THEM several times to inquire about when they planned delivery.

Very thorough and professional! Responded right away. Took a couch that was damaged in storage and completely transformed.

Michael was a joy to work with! Super knowledgeable, courteous, and effective. I panicked when I spilled bright pink nail polish on our very light carpet, but he got ALL of it out. He also gave some great recommendations for care and treatment of the rest of our carpet. Will absolutely be hiring him again!

Michael brought our chairs back to life! He is a very hard worker and a pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely have him come back to work on the other areas that need resuscitations.
