Stanley Steemer always does a great job! We dog sit out of our home and need to refresh the carpets frequently. We've always been happy with their service and ability to answer all of our questions. They are happy to try to find the best price for your services.

They were both awesome! They did an excellent cleaning job. Both technicians were friendly kind and accommodating! I will refer your company!

Booked online and they were on the way in less than hour! Easy peasy! Devin and Terry were prompt and courteous. Also gave me the do’s and don't s for carpet cleaning and expectations. I will definitely be using Stanley Steemer again and hopefully will end up with these two guys!

I highly recommend Stanley Steamer!! I booked on line which was very easy to do. I received a text letting me know that they were on the way. Sean was the person who did the cleaning. I had a large spot that i wasn't sure about. He checked with his manager to be sure cleaning would help. Then proceeded to give suggestions on how best to treat the carpeting for the best outcome. He was extremely responsive and helpful. I was very impressed. I would use Stanley Steamer again and ask for Sean! Thanks for a great job!! See before and after on the spot I was concerned about! ❤️

Very pleasant experience! Jose and his co-worker were professional and courteous at the same time. They did an excellent job on the carpet and added the stairs with no problem. We will use them every 6 months

The team at Stanley Steamer did a great job cleaning our office duct work. It was long over due and they were in and out fast. Left the job site clean when they were done. Highly recommend.

It’s a pathetic service and quality. Very very bad. I paid $664 and got nothing done. Less than one hour , 2 Bathrooms, 1Bedroom, Dining, Kitchen, 2 living rooms was completed with all stains as is. I have pictures of before and after. Nothing changed. Only thing that was done was just a steam mop and nothing more than that. People just buy a heat mop and save your yourself from Stanley Steemer’s step by step scam

The individuals I had were great and very professional. They told me what they were doing with our carpet and performed an amazing job. I would request them every time.

Sean took his time and did a great job on my dining room rug. It came out very nice. The carpet looks fantastic in my living room and hallway. He cleaned the grout in two bathrooms and they look great. When I need my bedrooms done, I will be calling Stanley Steemer !! He was polite and businesslike.

Both guys was very professional, very informative. Did an excellent job. I had another come out the smell was still there after 24 hrs. Stanley steamer assured me they would take of the odor. They did just that. I’m a happy customer. 5 stars

Malachi and Billy were very good. They knew what they were doing. They explained what they were doing ,to me and they also cleaned up after themselves. I would use Stanley steamer again for all of my needs

Excellent and courteous service! Fast, friendly, and Isaac even helped chase my dog when he got out! We definitely would have tipped but there wasn't an option at time of payment.

Terry was on time and finished a three room service and stairs in less than an hour!!! He did a wonderful job and worked with me on an additional area rug cleaning! I will be asking for him in the future!

We had our air ducts cleaned out today and the service was great but my reason for not giving a perfect score is because the technicians unplugged my deep freezer that's in my laundry room because they must have needed a plug-in or something and they also knocked a few magnets off of my refrigerator breaking the magnet piece off of one of them. Then they also left debris on my laundry room floor next to my furnace. What bothers me is not that it happened but because it did and both men said nothing to me. Don't get me wrong both of them were very nice guys but you don't damage somebody's property and then don't say something.

I hired Stanley Steemer to clean 1200sqft of carpet and a flight of stairs. The two people who showed up said it would be about 45 minutes and it was probably 1.5 hours total from when they showed up to when they left. The areas were pretty bare with only a couple pieces of furniture. They said they would move them around to clean after I offered to move the furniture for them. They moved the living room furniture but had to have them go back and do the basement since the carpet was still dry under those pieces.

I ended up shampooing and cleaning the carpets a few days later myself as the carpet felt worse after their visit and I was still having breathing issues. The whole time the vacuum was still pulling up black water even in locations that had been covered up since their visit. Still not entirely sure what I paid for if the end result was worse than the starting conditions.

What an amazing job they did. Showed up on time, and very professional. Explained what they could, and could not do and manage my expectations accordingly.
oh, and did I mention price, very affordable.
Would definitely recommend and will absolutely use them again!!

Associates that arrived were very professional and got to work straight away! The work they did cleared my allergies and made the house more welcoming and vibrant. Would recommend to anyone!

Scheduled a carpet cleaning online this morning and Jose and Donovan were at my house two hours later. They were super friendly and very efficient. Our carpets look like new and our house overall smells incredible due to the deodorizer they used. Pricing is super fair as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent service , entirely professional. You need to he able to add tip via Debit cards....wanted to tip but no one carries cash
