Very happy with our experience. Fast responses. Got us in the same day we called. Professional. Job well done and done quickly. Went above and beyond and fixed a leaky gutter connection and our large deck was cleared of debris. Will absolutely use their services again.

These guys were great! They were right on time, worked fast, kept everything clean and were very polite. As I was talking to the owner Mike, I mentioned to him how I had planned on moving a downspout that was in an inconvenient spot. Without any hesitation, he said he would gladly do it for me, free of charge. I told him he didn't have to do that and that I would gladly pay him for it, but he refused to accept any extra payment. As a matter of fact, these guys actually knocked $50 off of what they quoted us originally. I would highly recommend Grand View to anyone who needs their gutters or windows cleaned.

I keep looking out my windows just to look out of them. If you've never had professional window cleaning done before I recommend doing it at least once while you own your home or to help increase the sale value.

Outstanding company! Available with a few days of contacting them, complete cleaned out gutter and spouts and then went above and beyond to clear out leaves from walk way and patio at the front of the house! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing gutters cleaned out and will be using them again myself!

They did a very good job and were responsive when scheduling. Most recently, they blew all our leaves from our front steps, alongside the house, and to our back alley. It was unexpected and very nice to have not only clear gutters, but less leaves around the house!

The guys at Grandview Window Cleaning did a wonderful job of powerwashing the exterior of the house and cleaned the inside/outside windows as well as the screens on the house. They communicated when they would be there and how long it would take. It's a small company of trustworthy guys. Thanks Grandview. I will call for gutter cleaning this fall!

Grandview did an excellent job on our windows. We had some very
old double paned ones that look AMAZING now. They worked very hard
and even went the extra mile to fix a piece of siding and some of the panels
next to the windows. Reasonably priced and cleaned up well.

Mike-the owner is super friendly and transparent about the scope of work. His guys are polite and punctual. We love using Grandview for our extensive glass cleaning for our retail space. Highly recommend this family run business!

Called them up in the morning before a storm because the wife didn't want me cleaning out our highest gutter. Grandview fit me in quick and cleaned the 30' run in around 10 minutes and charged accordingly. Other company wanted to charge me whole house rate for the small section I needed cleaned. Definitely recommending Grandview here on out!

Michael and his crew were on time, wore masks and booties inside, cleaned my old dirty windows inside and out and left my house just the way they found it. My windows look amazing! I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again.

Michael and Pat cleaned the gutters, caught the debris in a mesh bag to show me what was in the gutters. They took apart and unclogged a down spout. Very safety minded and professional. Highly recommend.

They did a great job communicating with us and did a great job on the gutters! I had the pleasure to work with Michael! He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Out of the other companies that I had reached out, he was the only one that was able to build a relationship with and he helped me understand the best situation for my mom‘s gutters. I initially wanted to get gutter guards but due to a change on my end, I ended up not moving forward with just gutter cleaning. Michael was very responsive to me throughout the entire process. He took a photo before and after of how my mom’s gutters looked. Him and his team took care of the cleaning efficiently and throughly.

Grandview was a great choice! We needed our gutters cleaned and didn't want to risk it on the ladder ourselves. They were able to come out the SAME DAY which was fantastic. Did a great job. Will definitely be calling them again whenever we need this service done. They came to our home a little bit late, but they communicated that to us in advance of them being late. I appreciated that communication. When they arrived, they were friendly, quite knowledgeable, professional, and possessed a good work ethic. The price for the work they did, and the time they spent, and the high quality of work performed was very reasonable. I see why their Google and BBB ratings are so high. This is a company I will have back next year to ensure my gutters and underground tubes are clear to make sure water is flowing away from our home.

I had my gutters cleaned by Grandview. Michael was very responsive, professional and did a great job for a very competitive price. He fixed a downspout that was leaking that I wasn't aware needed repairing. I would highly recommend Grandview and Michael!
