Jeff and Annette were absolutely wonderful!! They cleaned our basement carpet for us in our new home. They were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! We had quite a few questions about our upholstery and upstairs and they took their time to answer all of them honestly with what we needed to do going forward. We had mysteree machine out to our house to do our main areas, hallways, and a few slime/putty spots in a kid’s bedroom. He was very knowledgeable, professional, but best of all, his work was very good. I had another company in town come clean my entire house’s carpets just six months before this. Their people told me they couldn’t get the slime/putty out of the carpet and they didn’t. Jeff got it completely out. That alone was worth every penny because he saved the carpets in that room. His price point is a value especially given the quality of his work. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. Book him. You’d wish you had sooner!

We recently had Mysteree Machine clean our carpets. Annette and Jeff did an amazing job. Communication was great. All the way from getting a quote, setting up a date and time, to the finished product. We have gotten our carpets cleaned before, but I truly believe this was the best quality of carpet cleaning we have had. We recently got a puppy and I feel like the puppy smell is gone from the carpets. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Once again, Jeff has done an outstanding job! We have three dogs, 2 cats, 2 teenage boys and 12 year old carpet. My carpets look so good and smell better! He is just a lovely, courteous and thorough person.
