This husband and wife company were amazing when they came out and bid to clean our house the first time. They even sat and played legos with my daughter. After the first cleaning I was so excited because my house was spotless. Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. Today when they came out to clean, they were here for less than an hour and I could swear they didn’t wash the floors although they said they did, didn’t wash the toilet and didn’t dust my baseboards throughout the house. When I addressed this with the owner he sent the crew back to fix it, which I was grateful for. But then I sat down to dinner and saw scratches on my solid wood table! I got that table not even a year ago - I was livid to say the least. When I addressed him about it, he said it wasn’t his crew but he’d get a marker to cover it up. You have got to be kidding me. That might disguise the scratches but they don’t go away. I was beyond upset and would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!! Hire at your own risk!

Was referred to Mendez Cleaning by a neighbor who has used them for years. The crew that came in obviously had a method because they seemed to divide and conquer, with different people focusing on different areas. We had the entire main floor cleaned - kitchen (incl inside oven/microwave,) great room/living area, master bed, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, Windex'd the front/back door windows, dusted everything (incl blinds/shutters/fans) and even the towels were folded like a hotel~ such a nice touch! All this at a spectacular rate. *~Recommended~*

Mendez Cleaning has been responsible for the upkeep of my home for over 2 years and I couldn’t be happier! They are on time, professional, and efficient. My house is clean for a good price and I don’t have to do it! I have recommended Mendez to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Faviola and the Majestic Cleaning team are amazing!! They are very polite, respectful and professional. I was in a bad spot with my old apartment. I had made an appointment with another cleaner and they backed out last minute. I found Faviola’s number by chance and I’m glad I did. She fit me in very quickly and did a great job. I could not believe how good it looked, trust me I’m not the cleanest person. She saved me my deposit and now I have her clean the house I moved to. I would recommend her to anyone.

I tried out Majestic Cleaners several months ago without knowing much about their quality and reliability. I have tried Molly Maids and other local franchises, but this small team of cleaners are the best I have experienced. They are so thorough. They clean under furniture that other companies would not. Each room looks spotless. They are the only people who could get rid of cleaning-resistant mold and grim in the master shower. I was amazed. They are also prompt and reliable...and...the best part is that they are reasonably priced. I am so happy that I stumbled upon Majestic Cleaners. We have already referred them to colleagues. So, I strongly suggest giving them a try. As an aside, I like that I can communicate and schedule cleanings with them via text. So convenient and efficient.
