Mint Fresh Cleaning Service always leaves our house mint fresh. Friendly staff, good customer service and attention to detail.

I tried to the owner has Mai come to your house she met our dog setup the day and time they would come clean three ladies show up an hour late and wouldn't come to my door because they saw her in my husband's office. They literally didn't leave the car.Then the owner tells me he's afraid of dogs then why own a cleaning company very poor customer service.

If you want to work with an owner on customer satisfaction, Scott is your guy. I had a mishap with a move out cleaning and he and Mia handled it very professionally and resolved it quickly. He listened and didn’t think twice about what the “right” thing to do was.

Mint Fresh does a great job. Very professional cleaning crews. They are always flexible and able to work around my crazy schedule.

Mint Fresh always has been very flexible when we needed it. Changing my normal cleaning day or adding an extra cleaning has never been a problem. Their pricing is VERY FAIR! They will clean any extra items when asked and the ladies always leave my home looking great!

We scheduled our quarterly window cleaning for last Monday, after they completed the service I left for my day of errands. Came home to 70 mph winds and hail. Needless to say my yard and WINDOWS were trashed. Called Executive cleaning services to try and schedule another outside cleaning, and there policy was within 24 hours, they would come back out and touch up my windows. Wow !!! Over the top customer service. Thanks guys. Your the best. Donna

Doug knows customer service. He's friendly, responsive, and does a fantastic job. Carpets, windows, and dryer vents are always done with care and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Doug, Mike and LaVon just left my house and they were great! They were on time (early in fact!) and did a very thorough job. They changed the filter and wiped everything down before they left.

Very disappointed in this company for multiple reasons. Was referred to them by a stager who said they charged her $140 to clean windows (inside and out) and her house was a tad smaller than mine. They ended up charging us over $600. This is highway robbery. My husband paid it and had I known that was the cost, I would have A) not gone with this company and B) contested it. I wasn’t even pleased with the service – the window cleaning job didn’t wow me, DEFINITELY not worth over $600. No one gave me an estimate so the fact that they ended up charging this is insane. Additionally, one of the workers barged into the house mid-cleaning from outside and used my bathroom. He didn’t ask permission. I was outraged by this – he walked right past me and didn’t make eye contact or say a thing, just went in and used the bathroom like it was his own. Very unprofessional. Lastly, the woman I spoke with when I made the appointment wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this company.

Just had the windows and blinds cleaned today. Everything looks wonderful. I have used Executive Cleaning Services in the past as well and recommend them for any cleaning needs they perform. The service technician, Justin, was professional and also informed me of procedure and supplies he used for the blinds and windows.

I have used Executive Cleaning Services for more than 20 years. Doug, the owner, is always so accommodating and polite. It is always comfortable to have him and his employees in our home. His work is always excellent and it shows that he takes pride in his work and trains his employees thoroughly! Would recommend to everyone.

These folks are AWESOME! I'm sure it doesn't always work out so well, but I called Executive Cleaning to get my gutters cleaned for the year and they gave me a 10 day window to get it done in( which I was totally fine with), I get a message an hour later, saying the Gutter Technician was on his way. Boom!!! In addition, the wife was so patient and friendly on the phone. I will definitely be using them for my gutters going forward, as well as carpet cleaning.

Really thorough cleaning! They were able to get areas cleaned that other companies couldn’t! Carpet smells fresh, fast drying too. Only downside was the carpet felt crunchy for a couple of days. We are extremely satisfied with this company! They also cleaned our windows, perfect job!

Kaleb was right on time. Did a great job. Cleaned all my windows and skylights (7) outside. Also did 2 bay windows front door and patio door inside and out. LOVE clean windows!! THANKS!!
