Cleaning is a task that has become increasingly difficult due to mobility issues so I finally decided to bite the bullet and hire a professional cleaning service… and I could not be happier!! Yesterday, I had the privilege of having my home cleaned by Kristin and Nichole who truly did a phenomenal job! I’ve spent the last 24 hours completely overwhelmed by how beautiful my home looks and how grateful I am to have a clean space again. I will definitely continue to use this service! It was worth every penny! Thank you Kristin, Nichole, and the Pink Shoe staff for the work you do and the difference it make!!

Izzy and Jo always have a smile on their faces. They are very thorough and I love the extra touches they add to the rooms. The throws and pillows are always placed nicely. This week they folded the blanket at the end of the bed with a fun little twist.

I was very pleased with how professional and thorough Rheid and Paulette were as they tackled cleaning my home for the first time. They did a great job and it makes me more confident to have friends and family over knowing the house is clean. I am impressed with the whole Pink Shoe Cleaning Crew experience and corporate management so far.

I used Pink Shoe cleaning multiple times and unfortunately I had to stop using their services due to lack of completion of their promised cleaning services. I asked multiple times what the reasonable expectations were for floor cleaning, baseboards, sinks, bathrooms, and vacuuming. I was assured that all of my expectations were reasonable and they would be completed. I have pictures to prove lack of completion of all of those expectations every time that they came out to my home. Multiple times, they would come out to satisfy those expectations with a free cleaning, but next time the same thing would happen. After being told that my expectations were reasonable and them choosing to not do it, seems very unreasonable. Everybody I spoke to was very kind, but unfortunately, I could not continue to pay a high price for unreasonable and poor results. I cannot post videos, so I have attempted to attach screenshots of how dirty they would leave my floors, especially near my back door.

My mom is a very difficult person to please, and that she has always been fantastic at cleaning and keeps her home perfect. Now, with her age and osteoporosis, she is unable to do deep cleaning. Yzzy and Jo Cleaned their home last week, and my mom has been singing their praises ever since! She even commented that she can’t believe there are people who can clean up to her standards! We can’t wait to have these wonderful ladies come back, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with their service to my elderly mom!

I had a first time clean with Taylor and Paige. They did a great job and I only had a couple of things that I’ll touch on. 1) vacuum behind doors (closet). 2) windex my dresser mirror and dust the wood where mirror meets/attaches to dresser.
Initial clean price range was given up front. So, no surprises; however, it would be helpful to send client an email afterwards with the amount. (Yes I went online to find amount charged on CC). Pink Shoe does not add a fee for paying with credit card. I like that=convenient.

This is the first time I've hired them to clean our house. Everything looked great except for the stove. Our house is huge so with it being only one thing that didn't get cleaned all the way, it's definitely four-star for me to give to them. The only other thing I would like is for them to use something to make the house smell good. When you clean it. Way came home. We saw that it was clean but it didn't have that fresh scent.

Today we had Nat and Alex from Pink Shoe do a thorough clean on our home and they did an incredible job! Could not be happier! They were the sweetest and most hard working ladies and did an outstanding job on every task! Would highly recommend!!! Everyone we worked with at Pink Shoe in setting up our cleaning was wonderful!!!

This is an update on our experience with Pink Shoe Cleaning. Today was our second time having them out to clean the house; they sent the same team of Yzzy & Jo, who were once again very thorough, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pink Shoe. (My initial review is below).

We had our first cleaning with Pink Shoe Cleaning Crew today and everything looks great. Our team was Yzzy & Jo and they were thorough, efficient and friendly. They did their work well and were out of here within a reasonable timeframe. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Yzzy and Jo came to clean my main level and my finished basement. They did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, and even left thoughtful touches. They were so friendly and patient with my dog and were a true pleasure to have in my home. This company and this team are really well organized and thorough. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait for them to be here next week too!!

I had Sam and Sid from Pink Shoe clean out home today and they were wonderful. They were both pleasant and thorough. They even took time to give our furry babies some extra love and attention. We really appreciate everyone at Pink Shoe!

Dora and Karla, Team #9, did an awesome job. The cleaning service was efficient and thorough. Surfaces were spotless, floors well-vacuumed, and attention was paid to detail. They did miss out couple of places but I'm ignoring it because of the quality of service received for the areas touched. The team was professional, punctual, and left the space feeling fresh and organized. Highly recommended for reliable upkeep.

It’s my wedding week and didn’t want the extra stress of cleaning the house prior to family arriving. Jessica and Maria were timely, efficient, and extremely friendly to my cats. We’re super thankful for them this week!

We had team #4 come out and clean for us. Maribel and Dora were fantastic, the house looks absolutely stunning and they are so friendly!

Molly maids was terrific! The ladies were on time and did an amazing job. I had a whole home remodel and the construction dust and dirt was a lot. The ladies were very thorough and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Team 12 absolutely kills it Every. Single. Time. Let me tellll you! I have referred two of my coworkers so far for team 12! Maria’s attention to detail, exceptional communication, and professionalism is unmatched. Molly Maids genuinely cares about ensuring that the customers are taken care of (to include our fur babies!) and they offer the best pricing around!! Team #4 - Virginia and Sol - Hands down 2 of the sweetest ladies! Every Friday my office is cleaned top to bottom. They even make little flowers out of my Kleenex. We couldn't be happier to have these ladies at Muth Electric. Thanks again for going above and beyond, you are appreciated!!!

Team 8 Laytha and Nayeli are phenomenal. They pay attention to every detail, every nook and cranny. They are hard workers and get the job done in a timely manner. We appreciate their professionalism and work ethic.

We have been using Molly Maid for 3 months now. They have been great! We have team 5, Ana and Sol. They have done a great job helping us maintain our house with our work schedules and kids activities.
