The worst service ive ever had from a company. If i could give it a 0 star i would. All they did was vaccuum after i asked for the whole place to be cleaned before moving in. Nothing was in the home. All they did was vacuum. No dusting, wiping down walls, cabinets and drawers were not even touched. Water spilled and not cleaned up on my brand new carpet. One room wasnt even cleaned at all. I do not recommend them at all. Also the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. 30% off a 400$ bill is all they offered and for me to take the day off work to watch them clean it again.

Jessica and Ana have done an excellent job of cleaning my home. They are quick, efficient and polite. I would highly recommend Molly Maids to anybody.

Overall Carmen and Mayra did a good job, the work done in the bathrooms was outstanding, for instance. Team was on time, efficient and the areas where they focused were expertly cleaned. The transformative quality of the work done in the areas they focused on is driving the five star review more than the value or thoroughness.

For instance, they did miss mopping an entire room and one ceiling fan in another room wasn’t dusted at all. I’m being picky, but given the cost (+$500) it would have been nice to not have these misses. Especially as the room that wasn’t mopped needed it the most. Again though, overall a good job. I’ll use them again to see if the misses was just a one-off or if thoroughness is an issue.

Team 8, Laytha & Noyeli, always do a wonderful job on our home! They're very attentive, efficient, and always pleasant. You can not go wrong with these ladies!

I had Molly Maids clean my apartment to prepare for an upcoming surgery. I needed the place cleaned and sanitized. They did an excellent job! I am very happy with the service.

This is my second time using Molly Maid and it will not be my last! Team #9 did a fantastic job. Coming home after a visit from the Molly Maids is the best feeling!

Cristina and Daysi did a wonderful job on our house. They gave extra attention to things we wanted done a certain way, and shared good ideas they had to make things even better. They gave extra attention to ceiling fans and cobwebs, and our showers and sinks look better than they have in a long time.

Molly Maid had done an amazing job once again!
We had Eliana and Mary clean our home before Thanksgiving guests came in and it was wonderful to have one less thing to worry about! Highly recommend!

Team 13 (Theresa & Maria) did a fine job. My kitchen sink sparkled as if new and the vacuuming outstanding. Competitive pricing. So nice to come home after work to a house where everything is cleaned at same time and I can just relax. Thank you.

Mixed emotions. I had some areas of the house that were cleaned very well, and other areas I’ve noticed that were completely missed. Example: The blinds were left messed up, the walls by the trashcan and in the kitchen were dirty, dust bunnies under the bathroom sink, etc.
Additionally, I was quoted online based off of my house (1300sq. feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) $176-$293. I was also told they thought it would take up to 2.5 hours.
I ended up being charged $351. I wouldn’t have minded the price if details throughout the house were not missed. My house was completely picked up and ready for the ladies, so I’m surprised how long the job took. I was home during the cleaning, however I didn’t feel comfortable going around and checking after their work— I tried hiding away in other rooms to let them do their job.
I want to emphasize that the ladies were very nice, and I have zero complaints for them. They were also very flexible with scheduling, as my return from deployment kept getting delayed.
This was my first professional clean, so maybe I set my expectations too high reading the other reviews?
Overall, I’m a little disappointed because I was looking for a long-term cleaning company.

Our home was cleaned by Lesbia and Liannet. We hired "move out" cleaning services, and we were extremely impressed! Drawers were spotless, all surfaces clean, and overall the house felt fresh. Great value and highly recommend!

Team 3 Mayra and Carmen are angels! They went way above and beyond for our one time clean today. Life has been one struggle piled on top of another and we were slightly embarrassed at what they’d walk into for clutter/dirty wise— my jaw literally dropped when I saw how they cleaned. I cannot describe the relief. No complaints at all!!

Extremely disappointed. Basically just dusted and vacuumed. Touch points on doors, light switches were never touched. Area rugs not moved at all. Bathtub not cleaned. Complete waste of my time and money.

Molly Maid provided the service at my grandmother's house(Dawn Dewey) . The ladies who came did a great job and took care of all the details my grandmother mentioned. Jessica and Anna made my grandmother's house look amazing.

I have been with Molly maids for quite a while. Team 5 Rosie and Angelina are very sweet and amazing girls, great at what they do. I recommend everyone chooses Molly maids, very satisfied after every clean.

I recently got help with a deep clean for a bigger house I didn’t have time to clean. Team #3, Maribel and Mayra, was on time, friendly, and they asked questions for clarification which was a green flag, I’d highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I can't express how grateful we are for team 6, but they did a fabulous job on our move out cleaning. We both were hit with a twinge of sadness as the place looked as great as when we moved into the townhouse about 9 years ago. Everything we wanted addressed looked fabulous. They are truly magic workers and we can not thank them enough. Go Team 6.

Mike Tesnar and I got our house cleaned and just stupendous! We have a complex house with a lot of rooms with lots of stuff in each one-- they never make you feel bad or weird for anything you have in your house-- and all the knick knacky stuff they pick up, they put in a neat arrangement!
