Much more professional than my previous experiences with home cleaners! I was especially impressed with what they did with the fridge: wiped clean inside and out, and even reorganized! It's the sort of task I never get to on my own, and it totally transforms my experience of my kitchen.

Also, they did a fancy thing with the toilet paper that was so cool that we ended up saving that roll for 2 weeks when my parents stayed with us. They were as delighted as we were. :)
