Haley was today's Pro, (there are usually a couple, but she ran solo today.)
She did a great job! Maid Pro is always on time, and do a through cleaning, while double checking that there is nothing they missed or forgot. Another bonus is that they are very flexible around my schedule! It's a bit on the pricey end, but there is nothing better than coming home to a clean house!

Six stars. I switched to MaidPro because I wanted a professional, bonded, insured cleaning company. In meeting Xavier, it became apparent that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in his business, and it shows in the product and process. They do a great job on our home. I also have to add a personal thank you to Xavier- when a close family member passed away we needed help getting their home cleaned up. He was on scene in 15 minutes to assess the job, had his crew work extra time to get the house cleaned up, and charged us a very reasonable rate. I can't thank them enough for that. GOOD PEOPLE!!!

After meeting Xavier and having their team come through to do our first clean, I was extremely impressed.

You can just smell and feel how clean everything is by how thorough they are in every detail. Not to mention, the service and level of execution is baller!

We used Maid pro prior to listing our home for sale and again prior to moving out. Xavier and Mary tackled the first job and Mary and Gabbie tackled the move out clean. I was beyond satisfied with the job and can't talk this business up enough from their friendliness, fitting me in when they were super busy (thank you again), customizing the clean to our needs, thoroughness of their cleaning and being so reasonably priced. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for the absolute best in the business. A++

Actually I was looking for a house cleaning company …MaidPro was the Best choice!
I was trying to help my son out in cleaning his apartment… So I called MaidPro and talked to Mr Xavier the Owner… Mr Xavier was really nice and understanding. He scheduled an appointment to send his Team to clean the Apartment!
The Team were On Time !
They did a thorough cleaning , disinfected all surfaces and Floors. They Vacuumed Carpet in Bedroom and the Sofa in Living Room ,,, wiped all the Floors around the rest of the apartment ,,, cleaned and disinfected The Bathroom ,,, cleaned The Kitchen and disinfected all Counter Tops ! They even organised the Bedroom’s Closet !
They did an Awesome Job 👍
Mr Xavier passed by the apartment Twice . First time to check on the Team since it was their First Time !
Second time to follow up and make sure everything was perfectly cleaned !
Mr Xavier was so kind , patient and helpful ! He did his Best to make this experience So Easy and Stress Free !

Xavier and his team did an exceptional job cleaning our home. They were all timely, professional, efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. This was our first cleaning. Xavier came out with his crew to clean. He shows great dedication to his business and stands by their product. He is very responsive and scheduling was a breeze. We plan to have them do monthly cleanings for us. Worth every penny! I highly recommend them.

I only have positive things to say about MaidPro. The person who cleans our house, Molly, is absolutely fantastic. Her attention to detail and hard work is so noticeable and she always goes the extra mile. In addition, management has always worked with us on everything and that could not be more appreciated. We have had MaidPro in our home for the last couple years and are so thankful for Xavier and the team. Most recently we’ve had the dynamic duo of Alexis and Amber and they are rock stars at taking a little time to do extra touches. I appreciate that no matter who comes, there is an established list of tasks and I always know what is going to be done. And, on the two occasions, out of a couple years, when they couldn’t get to something during the visit, they came back that week to make sure it was completed! Thanks to Xavier and all the Pros for making our load a bit lighter and giving me a day every couple weeks where I feel like I can just enjoy the house being in order — before my three boys get back to business;).

First of all I'd like to say I have used multiple cleaning agencies and MaidPro is BY FAR the best one. They are extremely professional and so easy to work with. Every cleaning has been amazing, they give 200% every single time. My apartment was really dirty and every time they make it look brand new like no one has ever lived in it before. I walk in and breathe fresh air feeling relieved, knowing I can count on them doing a great job EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Xavier the owner has been an absolute delight to work with. Not only does he reply promptly every single time no matter if it's day or night, but he himself goes out with the cleaning crew to verify the cleanliness and ensure a job well done. He cares so much about his customers and does everything in his power to make sure they are happy and content. We have used 4 cleaning services in the past 2 years and nobody has come close to the professionalism and quality of cleaning that MaidPro gives us and we're keeping them. They always do a top quality job and really look after the home like it's their own and Xavier is awesome to communicate with. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We have been using MaidPro for a while now and if I had to recommend any cleaning service, it would be MaidPro. They are always on time, professional, and friendly. When it comes to the quality of their work, it is outstanding. The customer service is also a 10/10. I once called because our scheduled cleaning time was not going to work out with our schedule. I was put in contact with the owner who went out of his way to accommodate us and find a time that worked with our schedule to come do our cleaning the same day, just a different time. There is literally nothing bad to say about this company. They are a grade A, 10/10 cleaning company that I would recommend to anyone.

My pros for our clean were Sharon, Jennah, and Cassandra and they were all very friendly and professional! They were accommodating with what I needed done first and did a great job. Also Xavier, the owner, is so helpful and responsive whenever I have a question or concern. The customer service is amazing and I know I can trust the MaidPro team with our home cleaning. We used another service in the past and I never got the customer service like I do with Xavier and his team. I really appreciate all they do and the quick follow ups. He will also do quality checks, which is reassuring the maids are doing what they say! Thank you MaidPro!

We are so happy with MaidPro. Management always works with us and you can tell they truly care about their clients. And our house has never looked better with Molly. She's such a hard worker, always on time, and goes above and beyond to make sure our house looks great. We highly recommend them (and her).

I can't say enough good things about this company from the owner to the officer manager to the employees who clean -- communication is concise and quick, feedback implemented immediately, flexible in meeting my needs whether it is a date change or areas that need to be cleaned is altered -- I trust the staff in my home (which has been recently renovated) and have not had any concerns - Xavier does an excellent job of vetting his employees and hiring the best of the best.
I cannot conceive of using another cleaner in the Omaha metro area.

I have used Xavier and his team for about a year now. Having worked for a cleaning company myself many years ago, I have pretty high standards. MaidPro has always done a fabulous job, and if there is anything I am not completely satisfied with, they’ve either come back to fix it, or they at least acknowledge it as something to improve on next time. I really appreciate Xavier’s willingness to accept feedback. Every one that has come to my home has been kind and respectful. When I hear a friend asking for recommendations for a cleaning service, I always recommend them.

We started using MaidPro once a month when I was pregnant to help out my daughter is almost 3. They do such a great job and it’s so nice to only have to tidy weekly knowing they’ll be here to do the major clean. Julie H has been with us almost the whole time and she is wonderful!!

Paid $280 for one clean of only 2 small living rooms, small kitchen and half bath. One person showed up late. Spent 40 minutes in half bath which only was a new toilet and sink basin. Did not clean the floor at all! Then barely swiped her rag around the kitchen countertop. Did not pull out toaster nor wipe off the toast crumbs. I showed her she left a moth on the kitchen counter and she told me she had to get to another job and they only give her 3 hours. I used to clean houses and have had other cleaners clean my entire house in 3 hours! This was only 3 rooms and a half bath!! I was having a party next day so I called maid pros omaha number to let them know the horrible service I received but no one answers or returned my calls. They make you pay at the beginning of the clean btw. I asked her to go over the 49 point checklist that they sold me on and she told me they never do that and left for her next appointment!! DO NOT USE Maid Pros! Total scam and waste of $280!! 😡
