Carter's is the best! Had our furnace go down in Jan. on a ridiculously cold day and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it running again quickly and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using them.

Carter's Heating and Air is an excellent and professional company to work with. They have installed numerous HVAC systems for me and have never had a problem with the quality of the systems or the quality of the workmanship. Yesterday (one of the coldest days of the year so far), I was having heating issues and Carter’s came to the rescue! Dave worked me into his schedule and cleaned my furnace so that my house was nice and toasty when I got home from work. Thank you for your excellent service!

The vent cap blew off my roof and I was unable to find a company to come and fix the problem. After I called Carter's, Dave had a crew out to my house right away. They did a great job getting the cap replaced. I would highly recommend Carter's.

The guys at Carter's are great to work with and did a fantastic job with our furnace. After nearly two years of off and on furnace troubles, and numerous other heating and air companies coming to investigate the problems without success, Dave at Carter's was able to determine the problem on the first visit and had a technician over to fix the problem for a very reasonable price.

We have been using Carter's Heating & Cooling for several years. They kept our old air conditioning unit running until we were ready to purchase a new HVAC system. When we did upgrade they did a fantastic job and the price was unmatched.

Great company with great people. Jordan services our geothermal system and is a pleasure to deal with. During the recent cold spell, Carter's worked with us to get Jordan out to our house, despite his packed schedule, to diagnose and fix our system. Less than one hour later, our home was warm again just in time for -25 degree weather. Thanks!

I've worked with Walter and Carters for over 15 years. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. About 10 years ago my furnace went out at 2:00am in a below zero night. Walter showed up and had the heat going in about 20 minutes, I've used them ever since and have made multiple referrals to them.

I have used Carter's on a couple of separate occasions in my real estate business. If you have ever bought or sold a home then you know how timely these issues can be. Walter came out first thing on a Saturday morning to give his professional opinion and complete the necessary work to make sure that we met our deadlines! I would recommend their services to anybody.

I am so impressed by the service I received. My tech explained everything on my heating and cooling system. Showed me the different components and what they do in relation to my geothermal system. I had several questions regarding the system and he was knowledgeable and answered each one in full detail.

I have used other heating and cooling companies and they are by far superior to their competition. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. Dave took the time to explain our options thoroughly, did not rush us and was able to get our project completed in less than 24 hours from approval of quote. The two installers who came out were fantastic as well. Very professional and did a clean install! Carter's came recommended by a friend, and I'm happy to have hired Carter's. I would do so again in the future with absolutely no reservation. There are lots of choices out there, and it's nice to know these guys are in Omaha! Totally trust them to do the right thing.

Had a great interaction with some of the field techs on a job site today out near Bellevue. Very professional and respectful. I would recommend this company based off of how their techs interacted with me. It's nice to work around other contractors who articulate themselves well and are just good dudes. They also did a quality job. Yall got good techs repping you out there! Give them boys a bonus!

Excellence service. Our technician, James, was amazing! He was incredible, knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely pleasant. Carter’s will always be my first call going forward.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Our AC went out Sunday afternoon and quickly got hot in our house, quick response from Holly to set up them to come look at our old unit, but then we decided to just replace the whole unit instead. I can’t express how appreciative we are with their prompt response and service! Jared came to the house before 7am and had the job done by 10:30am. We highly recommend Carters!

They are amazing! If you have a geothermal system they are the most knowledgable company in Omaha. I have used several companies and no one else comes close to their knowledgeable service employees. I would strongly recommend Carter's Heating and Cooling . You won't be disappointed. FYI-They do offer a discount if you pre-purchase a summer/winter tune up together.

We have a geothermal system should last up to 24 years or so. At first service call by this company they wanted to replace. They replaced one part, added some Freon and charged $900+. Had to call back in about three weeks not heating. They found Freon leak this time and fixed for $600+. Called next day system not heating again. They came back and something else needed to be repaired. Only used this company because they were referred by the company I had been using. They lost their geothermal expert and were no longer serving these units.
Customer service person on the phone was excellent.

I would NOT recommend this company!

Dishonest company! I would of given 5 stars a few years back. They are now just out for a buck and have outgrown what they can handle. Very unfortunate to see a good company lose integrity with growth.

We would recommend Carter's Heating and Cooling as a good reliable contractor. They are prompt, courteous and well trained. We feel they are working for us in trying to keep our system in good working condition. They are straight forward when it comes to any problems and their prices are fair.
