Josh was great! He didn’t push me at all when I was hesitant at additional costs beyond my Groupon. I ended up getting everything cleaned and with before and after pictures it was clear it had never been done before, there was even a creepy old doll hiding in one of the vents 😳. I appreciated his attention to detail making sure he cleaned up even the dust left behind on the floor where he worked. It can get pricey even with a discount and I won’t know if it improved air quality quite yet but the service was great!

I purchased a Groupon to have some of our ducts and the dryer vent cleaned.

Josh came out, did an inspection and presented my options. He was polite, professional and did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. He was in constant communication with me before, during and after the service. He also showed up right on time!!! Bonus!!!

Would recommend affordable air duct cleaning and would request Josh!!!

Scheduling the service was easy our home was a new built. Our has always been dusty. And have thought often about having the vents cleaned but, thought it was too expensive. Affordable is awesome and well worth the price.

Josh the technician who provided the service is awesome and very professional. He arrived on time. Went through the contract with us. He inspected the property went room by room, counting the vents and returns. He explained the complete process from beginning to end. He worked alone, completed the job in the time he had projected. He Was able to show us pictures as he went through the vent cleaning process. I would definitely recommend Josh and Affordable. No mess no fuss!

Chris came out today and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the process. He took numerous before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. Called a few weeks ago. Got scheduled as soon as they had a spot available. I knew my house had a dirty Cold Air return and Blower motor the supply ducts were slightly dirty but it hadn’t been done since 2007. As you seen it photos they did an outstanding job. A very nice gentleman came to our home within two hours, REALLY looked at our AC issues, and fixed it for a very fair price. Pleasantly surprised! We'd had a guy from one of the bigger places come look earlier, and he wanted a whole lot more PLUS tried to talk us into financing a whole new system. No, thanks--got a referral from a friend, and am VERY happy with Royal!

My husband and I have been using Royal Air for a little over a year now (we bought our house in August 2012). They have been a great company to work with and are very prompt and timely with their services. Anthony, the owner, is very friendly and relatable. He and his associates have already learned our names and I feel like they know us when I give them a call. They have come to check our furnace, fix our A/C after hail damage, and install a humidifier. And we are already on a first name basis! They charge what they quote and do a great job. We will definitely continue working with them!

Excellent service from the tech, Aaron, who came to fix our AC after it went out during the heatwave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and wasted no time getting to the bottom of our AC situation! Will absolutely be calling again with any future needs!
