Robert was able to come out the same day and snake out floor drain and standpipe so we could wash our clothes again without the drain overflowing. He was very punctual and stayed in contact letting us know when he would be over. I had initially called another company and would have had to wait 2 days. I was in a bit of a pinch to get a shut-off valve replaced because NFM would not install my dishwasher due to mineral deposits. Tony was able to get one of his guys out first thing the next morning. Carson arrived on time and changed out the corroded shut-off valve quickly and efficiently. I always use Plumbing Today when I have plumbing issues.

I have had Plumbing Today come for a couple different issues. Ken, Michael, and Jesse have all been very informative and made everything so easy. My sewer line was replaced in September and Ken went above and beyond in documenting the whole process. To top it off, they’ve shown up within 4 hours of me calling every time. Best choice in Omaha for gas line installation AND plumbing. Working with both Tony and Billy for a new gas line at our new home was terrific - best price, best work. Then our main sewer line busted, and Ken and his team saved the day. Plumbing done very timely, correctly, and affordably. So happy with the big quality work!

We can't recommend Plumbing Today enough. Jesse came out today (Sunday) and cleared our sewer line for us. With littles, we couldn't wait until Monday. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough and explained everything to us. We'll be having them back to descale our pipes to further protect ourselves from having this happen again. Prices were fair and service was prompt.

We were looking for a house and the first one had a bad sewer line. I'm so glad we had that inspected. The second house was fine. Great experience and communication. The only issue was it was difficult to find the inspection report. It is attached to the receipt and I couldn't find it either time but they were quick to resend it.
