Very unprofessional, I wish there was a zero stars. Don't ask them to bid a project more that 30 miles from their office. Glenwood Iowa is 32 miles from their door and the owner Scott sent us a letter thanking us for the opportunity to bid the project. He wrote the letter on January 18th, he was to visit our home on February 7th. Then on the day he was to show up he called me and said he charges $300.00 dollars to show up any ware outside of Omaha. Scott you should have mentioned that in your letter sent weeks before or maybe when your office called so schedule the appointment. Very unprofessional.
