Kitchen Remodeler reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

We recently underwent a major kitchen remodeling project. From start to completion, we appreciated Nebraska Home Improvement/Kitchens by Design staff and their attention to detail. Scott, the owner, and Rachael, the designer, listened to us and helped us create a space that meets our needs and enhances our home.

The project started and ended on time, and at our contracted budget. The results are beautiful and functional, and just what we wanted.

We have recommended Nebraska Home Improvement/Kitchens by Design to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

The team at Kitchens by Design took our tired aqua colored galley kitchen and made it look like it came straight out of a magazine! Rachael was the perfect designer giving us great ideas and choices, but made us feel like we were the designers. Of course we know it was all her; she should get the humility award :) Emily was quick to make changes as needed on the cabinet design until it was exactly what we wanted. And Matt ~ what can we say about Matt! He was a true professional; talented, patient, and a terrific communicator throughout this process. He bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. Thanks Kitchens by Design!

We had a great experience when Kitchens by Design remodeled our kitchen. It was a complete remove and rebuild, including rearranging items within the kitchen.
The process was well organized and the entire staff was experienced and professional. They answered our many questions thoroughly and patiently, and helped us develop a design that was what we had hoped for.
The team at Kitchens by Design earned our trust and respect, and we recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel their kitchen.

We had our kitchen remodeled. Melissa gave us great ideas and good advice. Gustavo was in charge. Everything ran smoothly and finished right on schedule. I strongly recommend Kitchens by Design for any remodel job you have.

Kitchens by design has great products, great people and even better service. If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen this is the place to start

Matt, Rachel and Melissa were a top notch team to work with. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent. Matt went to great lengths to keep the dust to and disruption to a minimum. Their desire to make sure we had an overall great experience and got exactly what we were looking for came through with each interaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at a kitchen remodel.

First time remodel I was nervous after hearing so many horror stories - so glad we chose KBD! Our new kitchen is fantastic (LOVE IT!) and the process was just so smooth. Our lead contractor Jon was a perfectionist, triple checking every detail until it was perfect. The entire team (from tiling to electrical to countertop) were just such amazing professionals - could not be happier. Looking forward to our master bath remodel now - no other company will do. Thanks KBD, you rock! (attached before and after photos)

They did an amazing job installing our countertops. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and were great at checking in during each step to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted.

We couldn't be happier with the results of our remodeling project by Kitchens by Design! We redid our entire first floor, including the kitchen, living room (fireplace makeover), and bathroom. It was a big project, and they stayed on schedule the entire time. Some things changed here and there, but in the end they finished the day they said they would.

The entire process was extremely easy. We needed a lot of help with decisions and Rachael walked me through everything, and was patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted. Once the project started, JT kept everything running smooth. He always communicated when he would arrive and the plans for the week. I always knew what to expect. He seriously went above and beyond! He also did a good job keeping things as clean as possible.

The quality of the cabinets is amazing, and it's so nice to have the exact cabinets and drawers that we need.

Absolutely love working with Kitchens Redefined. Sandi & Kelly are wonderful and they have a great team!

Kitchens Redefined refinished our kitchen cabinets and a few weeks later here I am, standing in my kitchen, so very happy with the way it looks! Everything is cleaner, brighter and better and I am very grateful to Kelly and Melissa, and particularly to Melvin who worked so hard to make it perfect! Thank you!

Excellent experience. Melvin and Victor were knowledgeable and experienced.

I highly recommend this company! The people were great to work with. Everyone did a fantastic job and we're thrilled with the results! Our kitchen looks fabulous! Thanks to Kelly, Dave, Mike, Dan, Dave, Dan, and Dylan!
And, of course, Melissa, who bore the brunt of my phone calls/questions! Strong work everyone! Thank you!

Kelly and his team came out and gave us detailed quote. We had a pantry added, new cabinet doors, backsplash and countertops. They were helpful in helping us select hardware and paint colors. Our kitchen looks so much brighter. We could not be happier with the results!

We had our kitchen totally redone while we were gone for the winter. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. They’re craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing.
Our designer Joanie was wonderful to work with. Best of all it was completed on time.

Can not recommend Kitchens Redefined enough! The staff is professional and responsive. They do beautiful work. They hit the time frames we needed , even in a pandemic. We couldn't be happier with how our Kitchen turned out and for a fair price. Will absolutely use them for any future projects.

Kitchens Redefined is amazing! The oak cabinets and woodwork in our 25 yr old house were old and outdated. Kitchens Redefined completed a whole house remodel, including the kitchen and 3 baths. They transformed the oak into beautiful white cabinets and woodwork. The project included cabinet refacing; painting all walls; replacing, painting, staining the oak woodwork and doors; a new staircase, new exterior doors, new sinks, countertops, and plumbing fixtures, and so much more! The workers were professional and perfectionists. The quality of their work, and attention to detail is extraordinary! The office staff are excellent and easy to work with. They made the process fun and took away the stress of remodeling! We appreciate their work everyday as we are enjoying our "new" house!

Instead of replacing our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom cabinets, the experts at Kitchens Redefined worked diligently with us to refresh the cabinets with new paint. Sherry and her crew gave us sound advice and suggestions to create a new look in those rooms without replacing any of the current cabinets. Wow, what a transformation! The cabinets went from the golden oak look to a dark, rich look that completely changed the look of our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms! As a bonus, the crew also repainted our fireplace mantle. What a difference!

If you are thinking of painting your cabinets, don't look anywhere else but Kitchens Redefined. Sherry pays attention to every detail and the crew that does the work is professional, friendly and hard working.

We are so pleased with the results from Kitchens Redefined! Kelly came out to quote what it would cost to paint or replace our kitchen cabinet doors as well as paint our fireplace and the cabinet doors surrounding it. We really appreciated the extremely detailed quote that Kelly provided. It made it so easy for us to decide the path that was right for us. His suggestions on color made our kitchen look almost brand new for a relatively small price tag. We cannot believe the beautiful finish the paint job did for our cabinets that are nearly 40 years old! KD was also able to fit us into their busy schedule and were very communicative throughout the process (thanks Melissa!); they provided updates of where we were at and if there were any expected delays. Thanks so much KD for a job well done! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Kitchens Redefined was fantastic to work with. From design to the final walkthrough, everyone was helpful, responsive and focused on our needs. Our kitchen looks amazing!!

Kitchens Redefined did an absolutely fantastic job on our kitchen!! The planning , ongoing communication and the process from beginning to end was seamless! Highly recommend!!
