Jeff was amazing! I had another landscaper come over and speak with me about my project first. I asked about my existing plants and he told me they couldn’t be held liable if they died during the replanting. When Jeff showed up from Patera, he immediately mentioned that I already had some good plants that could be reused without me even bringing that up. He was professional, easy going and very knowledgeable. Within 2 days after we met he brought over a colorful blueprint of his plan which was to make sure we had color at different times of the year. We have a large corner lot and it was a big project that included rock removal and a complete makeover. Patera finished in one day! When I came home from work one of the crew members came over and introduced himself and took about 30 minutes with me to explain what they did and what I needed to do to care for my new plants. I am very pleased with the results and service we received from Patera and I highly recommend them!

Ryan and his team were amazing. I had many landscaping consultations with other companies. Many didn’t show or follow up. Patera was there every step of the process. Great communication. Great design. Great followup. Great work. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them over and over again.

We had Patera landscape around the entire house. We are very happy with the final outcome. It looks great! We appreciate all the guys and all their hard work. We appreciated Jeff's knowledge, design and insight throughout this entire process. We will be calling Patera to do some addtional landscaping and water features in the future.

I highly recommend Patera Landscaping. They were great to work with, from the beginning planning stages to the end product. We had a retaining wall put in and not only did Patera provide the best price of the four companies we contacted, but they also submitted the best project schedule and completed 120 ft of concrete block retaining wall in about 4 days. The crew was respectful, friendly, and left the work site very clean and in much better shape than what it started.

In 2020 I called an Omaha landscaping company to do a substantial , mostly hardscaping project on my property , which backs to a golf course. The company rep came out, talked the talk and said he would get back to us in a few days with a plan. We were impressed. Then we never heard back. Ever.
This year, I contacted Patera Landscaping. The experience was night and day different. Jeff Patera came out, listened to our issues and needs, then said we would hear back shortly with a plan and a bid. True to his word, Jeff presented a plan, sketches and a bid within a few days.
Abby Juranek met with us on several occasions at Watkins Concrete to help decide on materials and colors and even spent one morning helping us select exactly the perfect boulder for our water feature. The level of confidence produced by this personal, hands-on experience was through the roof! We later met with Jeff and Felipe, the crew chief, to go over final details, and the work began. It was an extensive project, but the excellent crew knocked it out in a week. They were unfailingly polite and cleaned up the mess daily. After the job was completed, they replaced the sod that was damaged by their heavy equipment. Any questions we had before, during and after the project were answered promptly by Abby.
Our experience with Patera was beyond our expectations, and we would not hesitate to use them in the future, or to recommend them to anyone.

Ryan Patera was very professional and friendly as we planned my project. On install day, his crew exceeded our expectations. The crew foreman was very accommodating and our yard was cleaner when they finished than when they started. We are very happy with the level of professionalism and expertise provided by Patera Landscaping!

We called Patera Landscaping to get an estimate for some much needed landscaping. Met Jeff Patera and we told him our thoughts/ideas. He was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment with him for a week later to go over the estimate. Wow, was I blown away!!! Not only did he have a cost break down of everything, he had a beautiful drawing of his vision for our project as well as multiple pages filled with pictures of each plant, tree, rock etc. So much thought and time went into this before we even paid him anything!
We had bids from other landscaping companies and no one came CLOSE to the personal attention, service and warranty!
Fast forward to the installation day; Jeff’s team were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, courteous and even brought additional ideas to the project.
If we had any additional questions, ideas or changes to the plan Abby was always quick to get back to us with an answer.
We couldn’t be happier with the results and even exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend Patera for all your landscaping needs!

I have been thoroughly impresses with how Patera runs their business. We had some work done last summer and they have 100% honored every warranty issue with our plants without any argument at all. The process is very easy of us emailing a picture and within a matter of days they have replaced the plant or tree. This fall we had a couple of trees that were leaning one way and they came out the same day and staked them down. The previous year we were working with a different landscaping company in town and we constantly had to contact them regarding a warranty for a plant. I would recommend anyone to Patera.

I am incredibly impressed with Patera Landscaping. The experience has been perfection from the moment I sent the email inquiry. They quickly called, set up the appointment, were on time, they listened, they put together a fair and understandable bid. They have a process that simply works. Every person from Jeff the consultant, to Shelby in Abby in the office, to the great team of workers. Our job wasn't small and the entire landscape and hard scape jobs were done quickly and done well. Fantastic work!

Abby was very attentive to my questions throughout the process and always responded very timely. Jeff was great! Before I discovered Patera, I had talked with 4 other companies. It was different with Jeff. He answered all of my questions, had ideas how best to deal with the problem and pointed out things that I hadn't thought of. He even said we could save the three trees that the others didn't want to deal with. Patera did our landscaping wall and took care of the hill next to it that was suffering from severe erosion. The crew that did the work were hardworking and very pleasant. Servando was the crew manager and was there there whole time. He would talk to me every morning to let me know what the plan was. They paid great attention to every detail and followed the plan. I was also very impressed by when one thing was delivered, they put it in and then the next thing arrived...all very coordinated. They also cleaned up every evening before they left. I have never had such a positive experience with such a big project in a really long time.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Patera Landscaping. From the first meeting with Jeff to the last day of the work, the entire Patera team was professional and customer driven. Servando, the job foreman, and his crew were respectful, hard working and went above and beyond to make me happy and to bring my vision to life. I’d highly recommend Patera Landscaping for any of your landscaping needs! We contacted them shortly after we moved into our newly built house to design the landscaping around our entire home and to plant a couple new trees. We wanted low maintenance plants that would look beautiful and provide a variety of colors throughout the seasons. Our designer was very skilled and knowledgeable and came up with an amazing design! We absolutely love our landscaping and get compliments on it all the time! We also had Patera install two good sized trees (autumn blaze maple and prairie fire crab) and they are both just gorgeous! However, we noticed recently that our maple tree wasn’t doing well and was basically slowly dying. I reached out to Patera to see what could be done. Ryan Patera was extremely nice and helpful and offered to replace our tree even though it was past the two year warranty. He wanted to make sure we had a healthy tree that we could enjoy for many years. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. They truly care about their clients and provide top notch service! From the start, Patera has been nothing but fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough!

We recently had landscaping done on our front yard and Patera was the first and only company we knew we needed to work with. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice from the first consultation appointment, until the end of the job. They were very knowledgeable with the plants we wanted to use and Abby was very patient through the entire design process as changes were made. The crew that completed the job did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the work! We would recommend Patera to anyone looking to enhance their curb appeal.

This week my neighbor and I had Patera help layout a portion of our yards with hydrangea and grasses and some additional plantings. Warren was wonderful in helping with the layout and stopped during and after the job was complete to check with us. The workers on the project were outstanding. They came as soon as they could and stayed on the job until it was complete. They were very pleasant and hard workers. Abby, in the office, was beyond helpful with all our many questions and most courteous at all times. I would highly recommend Patera for landscaping needs.

Best landscaper in Omaha! From start to finish our experience working with patera landscaping was fantastic. From the start of Ryan coming out to meet with us all the way through the installation of our new landscape by the crew everything was top notch. 10/10 recommend

Patera came out in the spring and did a great job mulching and trimming our bushes. The guys were nice, polite and were in and out very quick. Before leaving they walked us through to make sure they did everything we wanted done.

Do not bother with this team. Set up an appointment for a significant landscaping job around my entire home. On the appointment it states that there is a $35 charge for the quote, which is no problem, just figured that I would pay it when they got here. I took the afternoon off work to meet them at the house and they were a no call no show. I called them and they stated that they sent me a text stating that if they were not paid first then they would not come to the house. I'm just shocked they never called me to see if I still needed them, they gave up thousands of dollars of work for $35 bucks, which I would have happily paid if they would have just called or asked me to pay when they got here. Instead, they just choose to not call and leave me wondering what happened. Interesting way of winning a job... don't communicate, don't show, and make the potential customer wonder what happened.
