After getting frustrated trying to work with the largest nurseries in town towards a total overhaul of our yard, a friend recommended Sun Valley. Thank goodness! Brittany Schultz was quickly assigned and came out to talk through our ideas with us. Without Brittany, we'd still be floundering around. She's a great communicator, took all our needs and wishes into consideration and provided a beautiful plan. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you Brittany & Sun Valley!!

We would like to thank Tyler for helping us to make our landscaping just what we needed. Tyler was understanding when a life changing event happened to us, and we changed the landscaping plans. Fermin and Parker were friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. They promptly cleaned up after the job was done. We used Sun Valley when we first moved in and plan to have them back for future projects.

We had Sun Valley out for a second project and again Tyler was so easy to work with. The project included having to figure out some drainage issues and Tyler was spot on with his knowledge of how to make it look great along with fixing the drainage issues our builder left us with. Juan M. and his crew did an excellent job planting a lot of grasses and installing a large amount of rock for this project. We are more than happy to refer Tyler and his crew to any of our family and friends.

As a business owner it was a great experience working with Sun Valley for material for my projects. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable.

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the landscape update done at our home. Brittany is a GEM! She actively listened to our wants and needs, then put together two beautiful, clear designs to choose from. When I had questions, she was very responsive. Also, I want to commend the installation and installation managers. They really did a wonderful, timely job with getting everything in as it was designed. They also were proactive in remedying a couple of hardcase changed requested after the initial installation. In our opinion, we have the most beautiful curb appeal in our neighborhood. Thank you to the whole Sun Valley Landscape team for a job well done.

Last night, I was doing some business planning with a colleague of mine in the late afternoon. When we pulled up, there was a Sun Valley crew hard at work. They were gone within about 15 minutes of us getting there.

45 min later, a lone Sun Valley vehicle pulls up. Dude gets out of his car and I watch him go to every single “flower pot” and either spend 30 seconds at it or literally get his hands dirty inspecting the job. He did this for every bit of work that the crew had worked on. I was really impressed. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. He didn’t have to do that. There was nobody watching. He did it because he genuinely cared. We were both very impressed. I went outside, introduced myself, told him what I saw, how I felt and asked him for his card.

Dan demonstrated some remarkable professionalism, and I wanted to make sure you knew. I have no doubt you already know this about him but wanted to make sure you heard from me.

My mother Patricia as all services through them and I get my fertilization through them and they do an amazing job. Very good communication when issues do arise. Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

Danny, in particular, always offers to help us get our items to our truck—even though we are kind of doing “self service”. Today he loaded our buckets of rock onto his skid loader which really helped our backs!! He is never without a smile and goes out of his way.

Hugh, from Sun Valley, who came out to discuss adding a flower bed in my front yard, was extremely helpful. He listen to what I wanted, sketched a diagram for me and included the type and sizes of the plants I had in mind. He is very knowledgeable making great suggestions and easy to work with.

The crew that installed the flower bed as well as cleaned out the ones in my backyard worked very hard and accomplished everything that Hugh and I had talked about. They knew what and how to do what needed to be done and worked effectively and efficiently.

Highly recommend! Frank and Juan greeted me while I looked around in the yard and were very helpful and informative. They helped me find what I was looking for and listened to my needs. Prices are better than other places in the Omaha area too. I don’t normally write reviews but my experience there made it seem necessary.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I do wish that when they remove shrubs, they would dig them out instead of just cutting them back. With their help, my backyard is looking much nicer!

I was totally impressed with this company! Got a call back right away, quote within a couple days and started within a week. 2 days later we had beautiful landscaping. They even pressure washed the driveway and sidewalks, raked the lawn where they was dirt and even moved sprinkler heads where needed! Above and beyond expectations!

SunValley does a very good job maintaining all aspects of our lawn and landscaping. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any concerns we have.
