Brian did a very nice job with the landscape design for our new villa property. The problem started when we had some issues several months later with some of the plants and trees. When we called him initially, he came out and took a look. He felt that with time the issues we were concerned with would right themselves. Now, almost 1 1/2 years later we still have the same issues and he will not even return our calls. We've had other landscape companies out to look at the problems and they agree that they should have been resolved by Brian.
It's very frustrating when you can't even get him to return calls. We spent a considerable amount for the original design and plants and expected much better service.
I would never recommend Innovative Outdoors to any of our friends!

Bryan and his team are amazing to work with. He was prompt in arriving for our bid, shared ideas to give our landscaping more curb appeal. Then, he followed up with a detailed bid and detailed computer rendered images of all the stone, rock and plants in the appropriate placing around our home. I proposed a change before we locked in the design/price and he blew away all of my expectations on the addition of some stone steps down the side of our house. His crew was extremely kind, listened to our feedback and adjusted where requested. We had drainage issues between our house and the neighbor’s. They talked us through options on how to resolve the drainage needs and we could not be happier with the results. The price was reasonable and in line with the 2 other bids we received. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure my black thumb wouldn’t kill these new plants, emailing me detailed instructions for care. We are given a 1 year warranty, and we will definitely put Bryan first on our list for any future landscaping needs. Highly recommend!!

Bryan and his team over at Innovative Outdoors deliver every single time! Highly recommend using these guys for anything landscape related if you live out here in the Omaha, NE area. Especially services like pools, hardscapes, retaining walls, etc.

Whelans Lawn Service saved my back yard. In Spring 2018, I noticed that we had a field of mud instead of grass beginning to grow. I contacted Whelans and they immediately recognized the problem -- not enough sunlight because trees were overgrown. In addition to providing excellent lawn care, they arranged to have the trees trimmed. It's Spring 2019, and we have grass growing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are well-organized, prompt, professional, personable, and really good at what they do!
