Had forest green come out and do a simple rock bed around two sides of my shed and it did not come out as expected. They came back to try and straighten the lines by backfilling with dirt and still wasn’t up to my standard as it is a eye sore when looking at it from a distance.

I called Chris to have him come out and address the issue and right from the start of our conversation very unprofessional owner!! He came out and said it looks good and started arguing with me about the job. I told him I would pay for the rock and materials that were used but would not pay for the unsatisfactory job and the eye sore in my yard around my shed. Instead of coming back to fix the problem and make it right with the customer he proceeds to tell me he’s taking me to collections. Really?? DO NOT do any kind of business with this unprofessional owner Chris! What A Joke!!

This is absolutely the best lawn care company I have dealt with. They hooked me up with an affordable fertilizer plan each month, as well as gave me OPTIONS (not requirements) for things that my lawn would benefit from. Also, one of their employees was kind enough to take multiple hours out of his days, including showing me a few sites where they landscaped, to help me pick out plants for my own landscape. He was very helpful through the entire process, and worked with me to make sure it was something that I could afford. It's nice to do business with people who know how to treat people. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to my lawn.

Thank you Forest Green for the beautiful landscaping around our house. We couldn't be more impressed with your crew from design to finish. They were very professional, friendly, and always on time. Cleaned up after the install and owner came out after to make sure we were satisfied. We get a lot of compliments from the neighborhood walkers too! I really enjoyed the hand-written note in the mail as well. You don't see that much anymore and it made my day! Thank you!

Forest Green did a fantastic job with our landscaping. They listened to what we wanted and provided great suggestions for plants that would fit the area. The staff was friendly and professional, the job took almost 3 days and everyday they cleaned up and checked in with us to make sure we were happy and made any changes we wanted with no problems. Great customer service, Great quality, and reasonably priced and timely compared to other companies we obtained bids from. Highly Recommend

The team who worked on our yard last month was incredible! In the front yard they brought in enough dirt to cover a place where a tree stump had been. The stump was flush with the ground, but nothing could grow there. The guy worked for about two hours just on that, then seeded the whole area. They also seeded an area that another landscaping company had left bare.

In the backyard they put 7,000 lbs. of river rock around our entire fence line so our two furry excavators can't dig out anymore. That took hours. This is especially great because the Husky has had to be on a 15 foot indoor/outdoor tie-out whenever we're not home. Now he has the run of the place!

One little thing they did that completely represents the quality of people these guys are: we set out a cooler of drinks for them because it was hot. Before they left, they wiped down the inside of the cooler and left it open so it would dry completely.

We cannot say enough about the exceptional work this company always does for us!

I used this company for a number of years. My yard never looked worse. I kept asking them to come and discuss. Chris came and didn’t even get it of his vehicle. I cancelled their service and they still billed me for a service. After disputing the charge for months I gave up and paid it. That’s how they treat a long term paying customer. Don’t waste your money on these guys.

These guys are amazing, especially Michael "The Grass Whisperer" Chase. With the precision of a seasoned surgeon he pin pointed a number of issues with my lawn and within a week he had it looking like a manicured Augusta during the Masters. I highly recommend Michael and his team of Turf Engineers.

We built a new home and basically started from scratch. The designer listened to everything I wanted and the design was spot on. Although a fall plant, I can already envision how beautiful it will be come next year when the flowers are blooming. The installation crew was amazing! They situated the plants first in their pots and asked me to come out out and look. This was great because the lead installer gave me some move options that I ended up agreeing with. Plants were good quality and healthy. They meticulously cleaned the area after install. I am a “green thumb” and was going to take on this project myself, but workload was hindering that. I’m so glad I didn’t. Very respondent, attentive to detail, quick install and great price! Highly recommend!

Forest Green transformed our patio, backyard and accent landscaping from dull and drab to extremely beautiful - an entertainer's dream!! We just hosted our first backyard party since the transformation and got endless compliments on the space. It's not only beautiful, but extremely functional as well. The Forest Green team was extremely flexible, professional and FAST. We could not believe how quickly they completed the project. We couldn't be happier with our backyard paradise. Very disappointing experience. After I accepted the bid, a portion of the work was not performed. When I questioned Jeni Guy, the landscape designer, she told me all work was performed. Only after I sent a written request for a breakdown itemization, did she admit it hadn’t, blaming the existing rock landscaping as the reason (note: the rock landscaping was present when she wrote the bid). Ms. Guy’s resolution:”I CAN have $100 taken off the invoice as the tilling wasn't completed. I apologize for the mess left behind by our crew and understand your frustration with this not being completed to your standard. We've talked to our crew about being more careful and considerate in the future.”

To make matters worse, when I arrived home from work after the landscaping was performed, there was puncture damage and markings on my house siding with no notification from the crew or office. While the company eventually repaired the damage, it took weeks.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend Forest Green Lawn & Landscaping.

Dillon was very prompt in coming out to provide an estimate and got back to me quickly with the details. The concrete pad project was completed on time and done well. I also asked if he could help with an additional small task, and he kindly agreed to take care of it along with the main job. I really appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
