Have used them for years for lawn treatments and they have done a great job. They leave great instructions on what to do after each application. Josiah treated our lawn most recently and took the time and also left a positive note along with instructions. It's honestly the note of positivity that got me to write this review but the service has been great all along.

Two of my trees needed iron injections & the work looked great. I guess I’ll know in the spring if it worked. I got my invoice ($350) but there was no address to mail the check included on the invoice. Of course nobody answered the phone number on their website & the “chat function” was a disappointment too. I finally looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website & got the address there - sloppy office practices.

We worked with Sarah on our project and she is an absolute dream! She's so knowledgeable about native plants and helped us design the perfect plan for our yard. They were quick, efficient and well skilled - we look forward to continuing our yard projects with her!

Photos are from day of project so the plants have plenty of growing to do but they're healthy and growing well.

Had them remove dead branches from three large trees in my front year. Crew was excellent and went above and beyond, literally leaving my yard in better condition when they left! Kind, polite, and fast! Will always recommend.

We had the Ryan tree crew out to remove some large branches off a very large hackberry. I am so pleased with their work. They had to take a couple sections of our fence down in order to remove the debris out to the street then they put everything back on place including some yard art. They cleaned up the driveway and street nicely too. Will certainly recommend your service.

We used Ryan Lawn & Tree for removal of a tree, tree pruning, and grinding out two tree stumps. We are extremely pleased with their work, its timely completion, their cleanup, their communication processes and competitive pricing. We highly recommend them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They were nothing but helpful and kind. Had an issue with my sprinkler head and they came and went, fixing the issue seamlessly. Bradly not only serviced my system, but also was very helpful explaining what happen! I will 1,000% be referring this company to anyone and everyone possible.

CM's did our landscaping 12 years ago and we were happy with the results. Fast forward to today, we had a dead 30’ pine tree removed, and a new one planted by Ryan Lawn & Tree. This was the second pine tree that CM's planted, that died within the past two years. We figured we would give Ryan’s a try since we were not happy with our other landscape company due to their slow response time for every project they did for us during the past five years. The cost, by Ryan, to remove the tree was $540 – a fair price and like what other companies have charged me for the same work. But they then charged me $1,500 to plant a new 7' pine tree! While I agree with the other reviews regarding quality of work, I certainly disagree with others who say pricing is fair. I could have gone to my local nursery and purchased the same tree and had them plant it for me for about $600 instead of $1,500. While I did get a bid from Ryan's for the work, the wording on the bid was misleading. I was quoted a price that stated, “remove any pre-determined material (plant or other) from project area and dispose.” In my opinion, this language meant the removal of the dead tree, but after the project was completed, I was told the cost for removing the tree was not part of the bid. I'll never use Ryan's again based on what they charge for their trees. Even with a 1 year guarantee, their pricing is gouging customers.

Elaine came and pruned all of my hydrangeas back for winter and cleaned up all the leaves on my patio. Everything looks good and ready for winter.

Great service. Best results that ive ever had. A prior lawn care service that I had didn't come close to what Ryan Lawn &Tree service has accomplished. A little pricy but worth it!

Explained what was being done. Worked continuously, with no down time. Once done with a location, re-examined their work and did another touch up, if necessary. Clean up when done was exceptional; looking at the ground you wouldn't notice that anyone had been there. Fast, efficient and trees/shrubs look great! Thanks to a great crew.

Very unprofessional company. Blocked our drive way so we couldn’t go in or out. Leave tire tracks in our drive way even though they were not working on our property. Left trash in our yard after they laid new rocks down. Asked to use our garden hose and our water to complete their job. Kept going through our driveway and THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON OUR PROPERTY. Would not recommend unless you want damage and trash left after they do their job and use other peoples property to do their job.

Just had a fantastic experience working with Ryan Lawn & Tree for our new home's landscaping. Great communication and execution of the design. We will be repeat customers when we get started on Phase 2 of our project next year.

CMs, unfortunately, keeps delivering unpleasant surprises.

We originally used them for mulch and spring cleaning a couple of years ago, and later hired them to add a sprinkler zone and replace an old control box. Recently, I had issues with our sprinkler system and brought in a new company. They discovered that CMs had double-wired several zones and left a live wire loose in the control box.

This came on top of the poor mulch and bed service we experienced earlier. The crew left trash in our yard, didn’t fully spread mulch, and skipped trimming, pruning, and cleaning the mulch beds altogether. When I called immediately to report it, the company took almost no responsibility and failed to correct the work.

Before their merger, we appreciated Ryan's service. Since then, the quality and accountability have gone downhill. Based on our experiences, I would strongly recommend avoiding contracting with them. It’s too bad to see a company change for the worse.

Ryan merged with the lawn service we had previously. After having Ryan service our lawn we started seeing large dead spots of grass. Big brown spots every where. We used to have such a beautiful lawn. Our yard looks horrible. We understand that things just happen or mistakes happen, however we have called several times with no response. The last time we called we were told that they needed to check on our account and would call back. Never heard from them. I am so disgusted by this level of service. Just call a person back. Especially when you are being paid to do a service. Safe to say not only will we cancel our business we will tell people we know not to use them.

I’ve used Ryan’s lawn service for weed treatment and fertilizing for the last 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. From the customer service, price, and quality of service. When I get tired of mowing some day, I’ll be happy to add that as well.

I've unfortunately had a terrible experience with Ryan. I've been a customer of theirs for years. I was planning on moving and called them to change my service to a new address. After I moved, they never came to mow. I called them and they stated that they corrected the issue on their side. The next week, no mow occurred. I again called and they said it was fixed on their side. Wash and repeat for the next two weeks. At this point I choose to cancel my relationship with them. I was personally called and told that they were implementing changes on their side to prevent any other customer from having to go through what I did. I checked my account today and I was charged for all the mows that never happened.

What a wonderful job from Ryan’s Elaina and Nick! The yard looks so tidy and clean! The several “volunteers” are gone. Accomplishment well done. We are so very pleased!
The jolly two workers were quite diligent and finish in less than the estimated time. Their shoulders could be sore since all those hand-pulling weeds have disappeared.

From arborist Levi to Ryan and his crew, my tree issues have been resolved. GREAT PEOPLE throughout the process! I highly recommend this company for any immediate or long-term tree needs. The team left my yard in a tidy manner...I couldn't have been more pleased with this company!!

We had a birch tree removed and a stump grind. The whole process couldn't have been a better experience. Ryan Lawn and Tree guys were all extremely professional and friendly. Their services were reasonably priced. If there were a higher rating available, I would give it to them. Good job, guys!
