Blaze did an amazing job. Called last evening. He was out first thing in the morning to replace the hot water heater.
Took care of everything in a timely manner and great quality of work!(coming from a plumber’s daughter).
I highly recommend Blaze, craftsmanship at its finest!

Blaze has done several jobs at my house and I’m impressed each time. Quick services and very reasonably priced. They replaced a toilet today and the two gentleman that came out were courtesy and efficient! Definitely will continue to use this company in the future

The owner, Blaze estimated the work to rough in plumbing for our basement bathroom including a new shower. The estimate was less than other plumbing companies. Installation was neat and well done. We are very happy with the work done by Blaze. I would recommend J Squared Plumbing.

They were here, with the new water heater within 2 hours of my call...I called about 5 different plumbers before 402, and no one could/would come in less than 4-5 days!!! They did an awesome, professional install in less than 2 hours also...so instead of being without hot water for days, I was only out of hot water for 1 day...I give them "10" in every category...THANK YOU 402 Plumbing!!!

Fantastic service! Called on a Saturday. Guy was here within 30 minutes fixed my problem which was a leaky pipe and did it fast, and very reasonably priced definitely go with these guys if you can.

Came on a Sunday which was appreciated, job was not complete and it was getting late, asked him if he wanted come the next day. He stated he would be by in the morning, multiple texts and calls and we received no other communication, did not show. Not a good look. Any communication would have been acceptable and we could have called someone else if he didnt want to do it.

I shattered glass into our garbage disposal, we called Fernando and he was there by the end of the day. He was quick and now our garbage disposal is back to working great! So friendly and professional!!! Thank you !!!

They did a leak repair about 60 days ago and we called them because it started leaking a week ago. When we spoke on Saturday we were told that they would come by later in the day, but no one came by or called. We called on Monday and they said they would come out at 230 and confirmed via text to confirm address. We waited for 3 hours and started calling and texting to see if they were coming and they did not respond at all. We had paid them over 220 bucks and so we had to pay a different plumber today 200 dollars and he said that the last plumber did not push it in far enough and put casing around it . So we had to pay again for their error and they totally ghosted us. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor communication, and unreliable.

We had to call Burton plumbing 2 hours after 402 showed up and supposedly unclogged our sink. The sink was not unclogged and not once did they use a snake, just air pressure. I called them right after to say the sink was still clogged but, they never showed up again to fix our sink. Absolutely worthless and a waste of money. Burton's plumbing had to come in and fix it.

The professional attitude and knowledge that they showed was really nice. I only know a little about how plumbing works. They were very understanding and put us at ease. Everyone in the house were very satisfied with their work and explaining how to pay them. All electronic and easier than the old way to pay. I would use them again and suggest to anyone to call on them when needed.

THIS GUY IS A SCAM! Charged $390 for 10 mins, then left & had same situation. Said he would be back in the morning & never showed! New plumber charged less than that for weekend hours & was there 2 hours! Got on the BBB website & sounds like this is what fernando does! YES REFUND THE MONEY! You said u would come back the next day & never did! If it is the only person u did it to u know who to refund & if u did it to several u should refund them all!

Fernando came and replaced my shut off valve behind my fridge. He was very courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Fernando was so professional and helpful. He recommended the water softener we needed, picked it up and installed it in one afternoon. We give him the highest recommendation we can.

I had my water heater go out and was leaking gas, I called 402 plumbing and they were out within 15 minutes and it was after hours! They came back the next day to install a new water heater at a GREAT price. If I could do 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend them!

Called after 4PM on a Friday, Fernando came over right away. Fixed my leaking pipes very well.
Great job. Saving this information in case I need to call again.
