Fernando was outstanding. During a very busy time he was responsive, prepared and knowledgeable. He was able to fix a leak in an awkward spot effortlessly. Price was right and fair. We will definitely use him again once his busy season slows down (if that’s a thing) for other projects around the house.

I was trying myself, to change my faucet, and it went haywire! Water going down into my basement, and it just was not pretty! Fernando came in and went to work!

Fernando came out same day on a Sunday and helped us get a new water heater installed and even helped us with another minor plumbing project we had been putting off. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend 402 Plumbing!

We just moved into a new house and after a day we noticed that the hot water pressure started to drop. The water heater was working fine during our final walk through of the house as I ensured to check it. Just a very untimely issue of it going bad, specially when we had people staying with us as they were helping us move. Needing this to be resolved quickly, I called multiple plumbers in the area and could not get anyone in to replace the water heater within the day. I stumbled across Fernando on google search and I am so happen I did. I gave him a call and left a voicemail: within the hour he returned my call. He then was able to come over to check out the issue I was having, and was able to confirm the issue as just needing to replace the water heater. He directed me to pick one up at a local big box store and that he could install it later that afternoon. I was able to get the water heater he recommended, plus I purchased a water softener since we had buildup issues as well. Once again the water softener was a recommendation of his, but he was not pushing me into buying it.

Once I got home with the items, Fernando was able to come over and complete the install of both the water heater and water softener within only a couple of hours. By the end of the night, we were all able to enjoy a much needed hot shower. From first communication to completed install was only 1 day. I cannot thank Fernando more for the above and beyond customer service, professionalism, and skill of his craft. I highly recommend him and I will continue to use him going forward for any of our major plumbing issues or remodeling!

I called because my hot water wasn’t working. Fernando came out the same day and installed the new water heater in about 45 mins. Great price and quick response. Highly recommend!

Fernando's ability to come to our house on a Saturday was a relief. Neither one of us can take off of work at the moment. So he was gracious enough to take care of our issues that day. The bath tub faucet and stove gas shut off valve projects were both a success. His prices are very competitive and within reason. We look forward to doing more business in the future.

These guys are awful. They showed up did a crumby job, charged us $240 saying their work was 100% guaranteed. Within 30 minutes after they claimed to repair it, it leaked again. They not only never came back, but did NOT guarantee their work, or refund us as we had to hire another company. Fernando was not an honest person. What a scam. Texts to prove if needed...look elsewhere people!!! Beware

I recently moved here and my water heater decided to go out in my new home.. without knowing too many people here yet, I asked around and I was told about this company 402 pluming from a friend so I gave them a call… I was a blessing!!!!! Especially with such short notice, Fernando was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule that day! He was very polite, and understanding and did amazing work! He was in and out and I am very grateful b/c lord knows I needed my hot water!! Thanks again 402 plumbing, your a true life saver!

I highly recommend to NOT use 402 Plumbing services. In August, one of the pipes was leaking from our water on a Sunday, and Fernando was available and came, which was nice. He charged $100 first. However, he was super sketchy. He said we didn’t have warranty, then I found out we did had a 10 year warranty. He said he called, and was going to get the water heater replaced. He came again, and I thought he was going to take the old one to get the new one, but he decided to replace the pipe instead and charged us another $250. He did not even provided a receipt. Now in December, months after, we are having problems again and called another plumber. Turns out Fernando damaged our water heater, and AOSmith had actually approved getting it replaced under warranty, but Fernando decided not to tell us and just not replaced it. Please do not work with these dishonest people. Read the other comments, I am not the only one with a bad experience.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner part from Ken which he charged my credit card for. After waiting many months for the part, I contacted Ken for a refund. Three weeks ago he told me that he gave me a refund on my card and I have never received it.
