Phoenix came to my house and checked for moisture in my basement wall. Found some mold and got to work. Cleaned and disposed the area quickly and did a great job. Very pleased with everything.

I spoke with Jennie Castenada and she was not only empathetic but helpful in guiding me with what we should do to get the mess stabilized while they were on their way. Highly responsive and it’s refreshing to work with a smaller company that still knows their stuff and can help guide through the whole process

Our kitchen flooded down through the basement ceiling. Phoenix Restoration is nearby our house, so I called them first. Pat, the owner, was available to stop by the same day. He provided a free expert consultation and he was easy to work with.

We proceeded to use them for some services. Excellent price & excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

The work got done eventually, but the whole process was frustrating. Communication was poor, scheduling kept changing, and it felt like nobody was really on the same page. The final results were okay, but definitely not worth the stress or the wait. Wouldn’t go out of my way to use them again.

Phoenix has a quick response time and extremely helpful staff! Pat came out on multiple occasions to examine water damage and possible mold in our home. He provided suggestions to solve our problem and reasonable estimates were given! Very professional and helpful!

Rich and Able did a fantastic job. We had a leak in the house while we were away for over a week. And there was nothing we could do about it. All the employees and the business owners are wonderful and have made a stressful situation so much easier. They have been doing a great job of getting rid of the mold and water and working around our schedule. They also know people who are also great to help with any other issues you may need, for instance: electricians, plumbing, packing, and so on. They also do a fantastic job of working with insurance companies.

We worked with so many caring people when our basement flooded. They came out right away and had enough crews that they could keep working from clean up to rebuild! They always responded to our needs and got us back to a good place quickly, with respect and professionalism. They also helped us work with our insurance company. We hope to never see them again, but if we need them, we’ll call and we know they’ll be here to help!

Having dealt directly with this company, I saw avoid at all costs! The workers themselves did a very good job but the manager Tim was very rude, disrespectful to his employees and myself. Tim even was saying slurs and cussing to an unnecessary level. He was very uncomfortable to be around. He blamed his mistakes on others. Came in with a very aggressive attitude and did not communicate well. This company really needs to look at who they are hiring and putting into leadership roles. Good luck to this company with having a manager like this.

STAY AWAY FROM PHOENIX! Phoenix Restoration Services came to my home on April 21st to address water damage from our upstairs bathroom that affected the kitchen and dining room below. Their work was poorly executed and left the situation incomplete.

They removed floorboards unrelated to the affected area and failed to take out all necessary drywall. The ceiling on the first floor was cut open in a rough, uneven manner and left fully exposed, without being sealed off by a plastic partition as it should have been. This level of workmanship was unacceptable and created additional challenges.

Tim, the point person for the project, disappeared after the first day. He failed to provide promised documentation, was disorganized, and communicated poorly.

A second restoration company is now having to fix many of the mistakes left behind. While Phoenix was recommended by my State Farm agent, I would not recommend them to anyone.
