we had a house fire in august of 2021. john from phoenix was out same night as fire and had roof patched up to prevent further damage. he helped out throughout the insurance claim to make sure nothing was missed for us and his repair team worked through all the hurtles of the insurance company, city codes, and covid issues for employees to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible.

Phoenix Restoration is top notch. I experienced a frozen pipe at a vacant property, which lead to an extensive amount of water damaged. Contacted them at 7PM on a weeknight and they went to the property immediately that night and began mitigating the water damage and kept me well informed throughout the process. Much of the property was gutted due to the amount of water damage sustained. The final restoration turned out amazing looks likely a completely new home. I highly recommend Phoenix to anyone needing a restoration company.

Pat has exceptional character. He operates his business with pride and integrity. When initially called, I was expecting to pay a hefty price, but i was wrong. Pat used his expertise to identify the water damage in my house was not bad. After talking with him, he loaned me a dehumidifier and three fans free of charge! If anyone EVER needs a restoration service, please utilize phoenix!

Writing on behalf of my Mom who doesn’t have google. After her basement was destroyed by flooding Phoenix told her they would be happy to come out and service immediately but would not provide an estimate??? They said they would get back to her when and estimate could be done. She was then contacted by them to get an estimate scheduled the following Tuesday. Nobody showed up or called. When she called to ask where they were they blamed her and said she said she would think about it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennie as she first stopped in to greet and let me know about their services. She was so informative and helpful. I then scheduled services and they were very prompt. Jennie followed up on services, was attentive, and above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and were happy with the job. I plan to do business with them in the future as well as refer to others.

I called Phoenix Restoration and they were able to get to my house very quickly that morning to start the mitigation process. I know their quick response time help prevent any further damage that would have required more time and money. They also worked directly with our insurance company to make things easier for us. The entire staff was very professional and made us fee comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
