We had a leak in our basement that left browning on the carpet, palmers was able to come out quickly and take care of the problem areas. They were efficient kind and even offered advice on moving forward should we encounter any more issues!

Shawn did a great job cleaning the carpeting in our 3 bedroom home with many stair steps and a family room. We have no complaints and will use this same service again in the future.

Palmer’s came out to our home promptly after inquiring about air duct cleaning. We have never had this service before so didn’t know what to expect. The owner was professional, polite, and exceeded our expectations. I had another company out prior to them for a quote and had a poor experience. Logan made sure to take care of us. Great local company to work with!! Communication was top notch by phone & text. On appt day I got a text with Shawnn’s pic, some fun info about him and that he was on his way. Shawnn was prompt, friendly and did a great job even though we root for different NFL teams 🤣 He did a great job and I’m grateful to have the carpet completely cleaned vs my spot cleaning. Highly recommend Palmer’s and highly recommend Shawnn!

I hired this company for a deep clean, and I was blown away by the results. My house looked and smelled like new. I was amazed by the quality of service I received from this company. They were able to clean my entire house in a matter of hours, and the results were outstanding. Rayna is the best.

They were able to come and do a deep clean the next day after my outgoing tenants left the property without a decent cleaning.

Updated review: I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. After posting my initial review about an incident at my home, Nebraska Elite Cleaning promptly reached out to address my concerns. Their management responded graciously and took appropriate steps to resolve the situation. I'm deducting one star only because of the initial lack of problem management and the time it took to reach a comfortable resolution. Overall, I'm now satisfied with how they handled the matter. A great experience! Rayna and Amber really showed up on time and did their job well. They were efficient and did some great problem solving for my previously messy space. They left it smelling so nice & clean, which I greatly appreciated.
