Initially, we reached out to Atrium Tree Service because we saw good reviews and wanted to support a smaller business. I called a couple times and left messages. Grant would get back to us the next week and did apologize for the late response. We were able to get him out to our house later that week for a quote. He was on time for the quote/walk around and provided a lot of great information. We really enjoyed the interaction. Was told we would get a write up sent to us and we could schedule service from there. Sent a follow up text initially early July, never heard back. Called 2-3 times over the following weeks in July and left messages. Still no response. Really did want to business with Grant and Atrium Tree Service but eventually it was clear we weren’t a priority. Ended up contacting a different company and hate to say that the response time was night and day difference. Wish it would have worked out differently.

Thank you! We had large branches ready to fall into the house after the tornado. They had a crew out the next morning taking down these huge limbs.

This company I would recommend heartily. They answered my asking for quote immediately and kept me abreast of details. The men arrived on time, did their jobs heartily, even though very cold out and I admired how they worked well together. I hated seeing this tree cut down been here since '67 but with latest swaying and roots showing from past windstorms I was told best thing to do as possibility it may fall and create hazard. I thank them for all their hard work and their doing the job on New Yrs Eve Day '24 I hope others follow in my footsteps. Thanks Grant and others. God Bless

This company was very efficient and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the trimming and saved our peach tree. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing tree work.

Atrium Tree Service did a wonderful job pruning my large pinoak tree and grinding a tree stump. The crew was very professional, thorough and friendly. They arrived as scheduled, explained exactly what they would be doing, completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job of cleaning everything up. I would definitely recommend them.

Atrium professionals removed excess branches and foliage from my 45+ year old Ash tree today. The three man crew was very skilled in their communication and handling of the remnants removed. I highly recommend this company an its services.

The crew was here in the morning, 1 person was on vacation so it left only a 3 person crew. It was amazing to watch 1 guy climb up, into the tree, set his ropes, then do his cut, to have the limb come down right next to the trunk of the tree! One guy was using a 'ditch-witch' in the morning and did not put any planks down to protect the yard. (Plus it rained the night before) In the afternoon, the person working on the ground, got some planks from 1 of the trucks and put them down in yard. The person using the 'ditch-witch' was going much faster but on the planks. The 'ditch-witch' created ruts in the yards from the morning when planks were not used. It was amazing how deep they went when they ground the stump down. They even ground some tree roots in the yard, so that's even now! These guys got the tree down, ground the stump, cleaned everything up all in 1 day! Also, Thank you Grant for your communication, your professionalism, and keeping your word on everything you told me! Will we use Atrium again? YES!

I hired Atrium to remove a tough to get to large and over grown mulberry tree in my back yard. They were in and out and made it look like it was a walk in the park. They were clearly very experienced and efficient at what they do. They were also very professional to talk/work with and made the process of hiring them very easy. I will definitely be hiring them again when more work is needed to be done. 10/10 recommend Atrium.

Amazing experience and working with experts. Grant was who I worked with and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and walked me through all I needed to know. Educated me on the types of trees in my yard. The cutting itself was perfect. They had to change the date a couple times but gave lots of notice. I will follow whenever grant goes if he ever leaves this company. Made the process so smooth and easy.

I have used Atrium on several projects. I have always gotten an excellent job at a reasonable price from them. When they’re done, you can’t even tell you had any tree work done. They do such a good job on cleanup. I would never use anyone else.

I had a pretty big job and Atrium handled it well. I expected equipment, but Grant sent out a good crew that consisted of three climbers and ground support. I found out that they were the "cat crew"! This was based on the number of feline's owned by the crew. Somewhere near 20 I guess. They handled the job with ease and professionalism and left the yard looking better than it was before. Thanks to Grant and the entire crew. It was fun to watch them work!

Posting this for my brother who is a disabled veteran. A large tree fell on his house during the July 31st storms and nearly killed him. Called several tree companies and no one had time nor would attempt to remove it. Our realtor friend recommended Grant from Atrium Tree Service and after hearing of our dilemma, moved him to the top of their list and had it removed and all cleaned up within a week! Highly recommend!

We found this business via a flyer they left on our door and are glad we did! They were very responsive and had our tree down in just a week after contacting them. They did a great job for a great price. Definitely would recommend.

Grant very knowledgeable of the type of trees we had and made suggestions as to what each needed based on our wishes to save the trees. Crew arrived when expected performed the service and cleaned up all in 20 degree weather.

I had Atrium remove a large limb and other growths from a Bur Oak that was overhanging our deck and too close to our house for comfort. They had to climb and use ropes to do all the trim work and lower the limbs carefully to avoid damaging the house. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all the debris. I'd recommend them and will use them again.

Had a great experience with Atrium from beginning to end. I had called several other local tree services to come give me an estimate on removing a 70 foot ash and trimming a similar size walnut and got little response. But Grant came out promptly, gave me a lot time time looking at my trees and thinking about the best approach, and then scheduled promptly to do the job. The crew of 5 (including Grant) arrived on time, were friendly and professional, were careful with our property and worked hard to protect other existing trees, and then cleaned up thoroughly. I should add that this ash tree was only about 30 feet from our house and surrounded by other living trees in good shape and they took the entire thing straight down without a hitch. Very reasonably priced and I felt an excellent value. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Atrium and I already have plans to have them return and trim some other big trees we have on our property.

I have a smaller autumn blaze maple tree. I reached out for light grooming and they removed excess branches and branches that were impeding with each other. It took them no time at all and the job was done well at a very fair price compared to the other tree services I reached out to. They had the best price and did good work. Just make sure they got your email right LOL. Five stars.
