Called and left a voice mail and put a request in for service through the website. Got a text a few days later, apologized and we set up for last Monday at 10 to look at my trees. Never heard anything. Texted him what i needed done. A week later, still no response. Guess they don't want my business.

The crew was professional and the work was done in time. I was also impressed with their site cleanup, this is not a major component of the overall work that they did, but I think their attention to detail shows they are committed to good customer service.

We had a generally positive experience with this group from beginning to end. They were professional to work with, staffed with licensed arborists and staff who were on their way to getting licensed. I appreciated that because it shows you that the young talent is serious about what they do. They answered all and any questions that I had, got the job done quickly, and -- my favorite part that most contractors don't do -- they left the site cleaner than when they got there. A+ in my book. Would strongly recommend this company!

We had an unexpected preventative trimming we needed done (before 1/3 of our tree fell on our neighbor's fence and trampoline) as we heard and saw cracking. It is a large tree. We made an inquiry online on a Sunday afternoon (they were not open). I expected to hear back Monday sometime, but they messaged not even an hour later and stopped by soon after to check it out! VERY RESPONSIVE! They were able to get us in mid-week to get it taken care of and, besides parts of our tree being removed, you wouldn't have even known they had spent hours in our yard trimming, they cleaned up well. Very professional, hardworking, and enjoy what they do. My whole family watched the "show" outside as they worked.

Atrium Tree Service is more like 10 stars!! They took down my very large maple tree with precision and cleaned up all of the debris. The team is professional and knowledgeable!

I was quoted a tree trimming. A date was set. Day before they needed to reschedule. No problem. I get home 3.5 hours after they were supposed to come and tree is not trimmed. Call and ask for an explanation and an inconvenience discount and am told via text message they're declining my business. They failed to communicate with their customer, said customer is now upset, decline their business. Not a good company. 0 stars, do not recommend.

The crew is outstanding, friendly and capable. We've used them twice, once to trim up trees and remove a large split limb on a box elder, the other to remove 3 medium sized trees and a 20' fir trunk that was surrounded on all sides by buildings. They work quickly and careful. Best thing is they really take clean up seriously. Our yard is clean and beautiful when they leave.

We are very pleased with the professional approach, explanation and recommendation and completion of the job done. Each of the tree specialists were attentive to detail, professional and courteous. They cleaned up and removed all branches and sticks. Grant is very thorough and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend their service.
