I reached out to the tree surgeon about getting a tree branch removed and hauled away, and also an estimate to have the entire tree removed. Ross and Kayla got in touch within 24 hours and had the estimate and tree branch removed today. 10/10 recommend and will recommend them to others! 👏

We were very pleased to get The Tree Surgeon (Ross) to come out and give us a reasonable bid for our two trees. One tree had the top split out and dropped on our driveway during storm last year. Our HOA took care of the immediate need of removing it but the shredded part of the top of the trunk as well as another broken branch needed attention. The crew set up a time that was quicker than we expected and did a fantastic job of trimming additional little branches as well as cleaning up afterwards.

The Tree Surgeon was incredible to deal with. Fair in price, quick, friendly, and tidy. The crew even cut up a larger branch and stowed it away on my firewood rack for me without me having to ask. Highly recommend.

Worked with the crew as the reviewed the situation. They gave me their opinions and ideas on how to address my concerns. Throughout the process they communicated with me and my wife making sure that they were meeting our expectations. After completing their work they cleaned up their mess and left my yard in great condition. They were very detailed oriented and when working on multiple trees in a rather small area details matter. The Military Discount was also a nice plus.

This crew does great work! The company is full of integrity and get the job done right. They did a great job with a very tricky tree trimming at my sister-in-laws house. They were able to trim in a way that didn’t damage the tree, fence or other property. I highly recommend them.

We have used their services twice - once to take down a tree that fell, and to have all of our trees on our property trimmed. They have been the most efficient, professional and affordable company. We had two trees fall on our home after 92 mph winds- Kayla coordinated with Ross and the team over the weekend and it is totally cleaned up - just wow!

Ross and his crew just left my house and I am more than please with the job they did.
First, back in mid-May I reached out to about 5 different companies asking for them to come give me an estimate. Tree Surgeon was the only one that called me back. I am glad that I got lucky with them, I had a great feeling about Ross from the beginning. They called me back the next day and scheduled an appointment for about 3 or 4 days later (a Saturday). Kayla texted me the day before and the morning of to keep me informed of the timing.
Second, Like I said, I didn’t get any other estimates, but from the people that I talked to, they all thought the pricing he quote me was very reasonable and that he wasn’t overcharging in anyway. I was having him trim a tree in the front yard, remove 4 VERY over-grown hedges, remove a locust tree in the back yard, and do some major up-lifting trimming to my large maple.
Third, they were about 4 weeks out on their jobs when I accepted the request and they got me in the exact week they told me. The price didn’t change at all from what he initially quoted, and he went way ABOVE and beyond what I even expected him to do. The entire crew, there was 4 total, were so nice and considerate. They got here about 10:30 am and worked until about 3. They cleaned up the entire yard, driveway and street. You wouldn’t even know that they were here.
I had some areas of my yard that were very over-grown with brush, volunteer trees and other weeds. They took them out, treated them and cleared out the entire areas. This was something that we were just dreading doing in the future and he just took care of all of it.
You can tell that the entire crew wants to make sure that their customers are happy and will go above and beyond to make that happen.

The Tree Surgeon team is amazing. We had a few delays due to some really bad storms requiring emergency services to assist power crews and homeowners who had trees intrude into their homes, but they were highly responsive and proactive in notifying customers of these actions. When the crew came out they were all very friendly and professional. We had quite a bit done (5 trees removed, mulberry volunteers removed, stumps ground, plus a decent trim on a maple) and they were very quick. The results are fantastic and the crew cleaned up all mess made during the job. I highly recommend The Tree Surgeon and will definitely be returning as needed in the future.

When needed in a pinch to remove a downed tree in my neighbor’s yard these guys were responsive, professional and efficient! Called them @10 had an estimate by noon and gone by 3 at a fair price!
