Poor Customer service! Never return phone calls after leaving messages. Long wait getting bids for projects. Set up schedule over the phone, designer never put us on the schedule and doesn't remember phone conversation.

Great customer service and professionalism. I would recommend to anyone buying trees to buy younger trees and feed them well yourself. Instead of the tall and spindly trees that are 4 meters high and clearly malnourished. Your patience will pay off in the end. This customer would have appreciated a range of price points instead of suggestions based on their most expensive options.

Professional from start to finish. They came out, gave me ideas and drew up a plan with my input. Then, after the work was done, they reviewed it and decided it needed more plants in the ground cover that they added at no charge. The office staff and all the crew are consummate professionals and very friendly. I will definitely use them for further landscaping work.

They were cheaper than other companies we have used in the past, but their work was even better quality than we've had before, and the customer service was efficient and amazing.
