I would like to say that Jim is the best!!! Jim did some window repair for me and I asked if there was a way he could look at a plumbing issue I had. I was able to get my plumbing done in the same day without waiting. Jim fixed my water pressure in my house that I have been dealing with for 22 plus years and no other company could figure out the issue but he did in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs repair as they are honest, fair prices, friendly and gets the job done.

I had some drywall that needed repaired on a commercial property for one of my biggest clients.
My normal drywall guys were unavailable on such short notice, but BRENDA asked the right questions to evaluate the need and had one of her guys out there in less than 2 hours, (I wouldn't expect that every time, but she seemed to understand my urgency and she took care of me.)
When JOHN showed up, he was clean, and professional. He asked the right questions and understood the job thoroughly before taking off to get materials, and he was able to start the job, within about 4 Hrs. of the original call.
I was updated through the process, and I got a call when the job was completed. (Quicker than I anticipated.)
My client was completely blown away by the way it was handled.
I didn't get extra charges for faster service; I didn't get extra fees for stuff that wasn't necessary.

ATTENTION POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, DO NOT use Mr. Handyman of Papillion Dan Johnson the owner is an aggressive person and raised his voice at me in my own home. This was a terrible experience. I called stating that we would be listing our home to sell and wanted someone to come in and fill all the picture holes and touch up paint accordingly. Brenda gave me a verbal quote of $250. Jacob arrived and was very friendly. I showed him where the clearly labeled paint was and showed him what I was referring too. I went behind him after approximately 1 ½ hours and realized he wasn’t filling the holes just putting paint on the wall that didn’t even match. I wasn’t expecting them to purchase matching paint but to utilize the paint we had. He didn’t correct the problem. He missed many holes and didn’t even attempt to blend the paint. There were even areas where he had two paint colors mixed because the brush wasn’t well cleaned. I called the office and spoke with Dan who immediately spoke down to me. Telling me it must be that the paint is old which is incorrect and that the paint not matching is my fault and that I could have placed all the paints needed in their designated locations. Which I would have gladly done if requested. The paint is stored in a cool dry place and many of the paints are less than 2 years old, but Dan was unwilling to stop interrupting me. He continued to tell me that Jacob did the work, so I requested that they come inspect the work. Dan refused to acknowledge the poor work and proceed to make excuses. Never once offering to fix the problem. He proceeded to escalate to the point that I felt uncomfortable being in a room with him and had to ask him to leave my home. His assistant Brenda was so uncomfortable that she remained downstairs which is a very scary situation for any women to be in. Over a week later I finally received an invoice for $700 and they threatened to put a lien on my home if I did not pay.​

Mr Handyman did some minor siding repair on my home. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Dan, who is the owner, was top notch with customer service and communication. The two carpenters doing the job were friendly and informative. I would call them again without hesitation if I needed a job done right!

Mr. Handyman corrected a sinking deck for us at a senior living apartment building. We conversed and agreed on a solution to level a sloped deck. When they arrived and started work, they found a simpler, quicker solution that cost us much less. Jim was fantastic to work with. HIGHLY recommend this outfit!

Jim and his team were excellent.Completed the project in a timely and professional manner. We were extremely pleased. It is great to have a person that can complete multitasks that are beyond my personal capabilities. I will no doubt use this service again in the future.

Great local company with fair pricing.

My Handyman was able to finish the requested work in about 5 minutes. He graciously offered to do other things around the house to make the hour I was paying for worth it. He hauled bags of soil from my car up my hill and spread the mulch that had been sitting out front for a year. We also had some good conversation. Totally recommend!

Kenneth was a professional and courteous installer for new microwave and outside exhaust. Cleaned everything up and was very pleased with the process and company. Have and will use again for jobs around the house.

Ryan fixed our gates that had blown off the fence posts due to the windstorm. He removed the old nails and screwed the gates back into place. Better than before. He also sawed the fallen limbs into manageable pieces so they could be stacked at the curb for pickup. He was very nice, helpful and professional. I would request him again for any project. I am 100 percent happy with everything.

The contractor was on time and was courteous. He let me know what needed to be done and got my agreement before he moved forward. He took care of the job of replacing a couple of back deck boards very quickly and satisfactory.

Outstanding, knowledgeable employees! I have used Mr Handyman of Papillion a number of times and am always pleased with their work. Ryan was excellent today solving some water damaged areas of my house. It is great to be able to call one place that can professionally address multiple areas.

I really enjoyed our handyman Kenny! He was great , fast and socialable! He even gave me some tips for my dog who had just chewed his way through my garage door. He’s definitely our favorite handyman!
