Tree reviews in Papillion, Nebraska

The crew trimmed up a couple trees and the entire process was excellent. Ross was prompt and professional with the estimate and his recommendations on what to do, Kayla had excellent communication and coordination when weather changed things and Luke and crew who did the trimming were great. Professional, efficient and it looks much better! Will whole heartedly endorse them and use them again!

We had a very small busy removal to complete in front of our house. When we called for an estimate, The Tree Surgeon was prompt, honest, and knowledgeable about the required job. They took great care of our lawn and the rest of our landscaping when removing our stumps. We appreciate their services and would definitely use them again!

These guys are fricken amazing. They showed up quicker than I expected. Ross is quite the gent and owner and his team is amazing. His wife is super awesome as well with her promptness to questions and inquiries. I didn’t think anything was going to get done on the same day the trees fell on my power line (4 other companies told me I’d have to wait until the next business day for clearance at the minimum), but they showed up to assess the situation with heavy duty equipment. Less than 2 hours after that, they were gone, my yard was spotless and my anxiety about the branch being on the power line was exhausted. Needless to say after a 12 hour day, I was able to enjoy my steak dinner from the grill on the same patio that was engulfed in debris. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Such a great locally owned business with great values still.

The crew did a great job removing our storm damaged trees. Their pricing for the job was reasonable and communication was fantastic. They were safe and efficient in the removal and did an excellent job cleaning up the area and leaving my yard looking good. I recommend giving them a call if you need a tree removed. I have already set up a date for some additional work I have decided to do.

Tree Surgeon is AWESOME! We had a tree on our roof from the storm and they got to us within a week. Great team of workers and SO KIND. Really a Godsend. Can’t say enough good about them.

This company was professional from start to finish. They addressed all my concerns and asked if there was anything that they could do specifically. They went above and beyond when cleaning up. I would recommend this company for your needs.

Excellent work trimming large branches back from our roof & several bushes and hedges!!

Excellent communication, work and pricing. I highly recommend their services.

Ross and his team came out and did an awesome job removing my ash tree in the backyard. I asked for some logs left for me for firewood and him and his team did just that. The team also went above and beyond and cleaned up an overgrown bush that had another type of tree growing inside it and removed it. I respect and appreciate the knowledge, professionalism, safety, and timeliness the The Tree Surgeon has. I will be calling and would refer them to anybody needing any type of tree service. Great work and great company! Thank you

Other companies said they would have to reach over my house with a boom truck to trim a tree in my backyard but Tree Surgeon has a tracked lift that allows them to get into the yard. I felt much better not going over the house. They did the trimming quickly and did a great job with cleanup too. Friendly to deal with. Excellent work. Very happy with the service and would gladly use again.

I had a large ash tree that was ready to fall over due to heavy winds and rain. Tree Surgeon worked us in to their full schedule and was out the next day to remove it. They are super friendly and extremely professional and priced fairly. I highly recommend them!

Superb work and exactly what was quoted! Friendly, mindful and completely knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished. We are so thrilled with the results and will definitely contact them for any future services.

My trees were badly damaged by storms and had broken limbs that were still caught up in the branches too high in the air for me to reach safely. The Tree Surgeon provided estimates for the work that should definitely be done and additional work that could be done if I wanted, but wasn’t necessary. Their prices were very fair, and I appreciated their honesty and no-pressure approach. They communicated well and were able to get the work done in time for me to host a family gathering that I had previously postponed due to safety concerns with the dangling branches. The crew was friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves, so all that was left behind was a safe yard to enjoy again. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again.

The crew was great, friendly, understand and paid attention to detail. They reviewed the issue with the tree on our roof (which was like a jigsaw puzzle). They took the necessary step for the safety of their staff as well as the challenges facing this removal. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a tree removal service. Great job guys😇❣️😘

Amazing what they did for us. After a bad wind storm we had major tree damage which caused extensive damage to our house. Communication with Kayla was awesome. They took down all the damaged branches and made us feel safe in our home once again. Clean up was great. Yard looks better now than before. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, got the job done quickly and professionally.

The Tree Surgeon is AWESOME!! Ross and his crew were working next door. I've been needing some river birches trimmed for quite some time now. I approached them on the spot and they were willing to trim my trees after they completed the job they were on. They did a terrific job on my trees. Clean up after the job was completed was pristine. That's an aspect of services such as these that often is forgotten! The price was right too! Don't hesitate to contact these guys for all of your tree needs.

The Tree Surgeon and crew were professional, timely, courteous, and did a wonderful job felling our damaged locust tree. They arrived promptly and made quick and efficient work from start to complete clean-up. The cost was reasonable and their work ethic showed dedication for a job well-done. We look forward to hiring them again to remove our massive cottonwood tree. We highly recommend them!

Tree Surgeon guys were wonderful and professional. They were all so nice as well! We had a tree on our roof and within 24 hours of getting ahold of them they had come and fixed us up. They will have our tree business from here on out!

Great company to work with! The large mostly dead tree was gone when we all got home and the yard appeared completely untouched. This could not have been easier.

Ross and his team were professional and efficient. Our tree was beautifully, expertly trimmed and all debris picked up. Aside from the great work, The Tree Surgeon service went above and beyond. Kayla and Ross were always understanding, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Our backyard feels safer now for our young kids and am so thankful for the work that was done.
