Tree reviews in Papillion, Nebraska

We recently had their crew come trim up some trees and remove a number of others both big and small. They worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves more than I would have expected. They were very professional and the work looks terrific! Our kids loved watching the yard transform before their eyes, who knew these guys were a great childcare source too! 😂

Pricing was fair, and work was done well!! Very pleased with their work, would recommend them!

This company did amazing work, for an affordable price. They scheduled the work sooner than expected and left the space way better than they found it including the clean up! The customer service was second to none The Tree Surgeon! Kayla in the office is extremely responsive and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with our 50+ year old trees that were trimmed and pruned! Keep up the fantastic work, Tree Surgeon and thank you! 🙂

Ross and his Team were able to perform emergency tree removal of a tree that landed on our roof after the 7-10-21 storm. They performed the task with extreme precision and professionalism.

Title: Exceptional Tree Removal and Trimming Service

I recently hired Ross and his team to remove four trees and trim several others on my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Ross and his crew were punctual, professional, and efficient. They tackled the job with precision and care, ensuring that each tree was removed safely and that the surrounding area was left undisturbed. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work.

One aspect that particularly impressed me was their commitment to cleanliness. Despite the significant task at hand, they took the time to clean up thoroughly after themselves, leaving my property looking better than they found it. Not a single branch or leaf was left behind—a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction.

In addition to their outstanding workmanship, Ross and his team demonstrated excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, addressing any concerns I had with professionalism and courtesy.

Overall, I cannot recommend Ross and his team highly enough. If you're in need of tree removal or trimming services, look no further. With their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, they truly set the standard for excellence in their field.

Mr. Ross Sheehan did a splendid job of removing a giant river birch. It was amazing even to watch him working in the tree. Good job, reasonable price! I highly recommend him for any tree removal.

Very pleased with the service. They stayed in contact with me up to the service, when the service would be and during the service. Employees were very professional. Would highly recommend!

We are so very pleased with the work The Tree Surgeon did with our trees. They trimmed several trees, and removed 3. They were prompt, professional and thorough. We highly recommend the Tree Surgeon for quality tree care.

Did a great job at our place removing an ash tree and trimming a couple of trees in the front yard. They were on time, polite, and left everything clean. I will use them again, and highly recommend

I reached out to the tree surgeon about getting a tree branch removed and hauled away, and also an estimate to have the entire tree removed. Ross and Kayla got in touch within 24 hours and had the estimate and tree branch removed today. 10/10 recommend and will recommend them to others! 👏

We were very pleased to get The Tree Surgeon (Ross) to come out and give us a reasonable bid for our two trees. One tree had the top split out and dropped on our driveway during storm last year. Our HOA took care of the immediate need of removing it but the shredded part of the top of the trunk as well as another broken branch needed attention. The crew set up a time that was quicker than we expected and did a fantastic job of trimming additional little branches as well as cleaning up afterwards.

The Tree Surgeon was incredible to deal with. Fair in price, quick, friendly, and tidy. The crew even cut up a larger branch and stowed it away on my firewood rack for me without me having to ask. Highly recommend.

The Tree Surgeon is a great company. We've used them in the past and present. They are exceptional workers that offer a great service to get your trees looking their best! Save their number, you won't be disappointed!

I will definitely use the tree surgeon for all future tree projects. They did an excellent job in trimming trees that were growing through and over my fence. The response was fast, the work and cleanup was amazing and the pricing was fair. Great customer service too!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The team was quick to help get a tree off my roof after this last storm and are working directly with my insurance company. Couldn’t have asked for better help, highly recommended

Ross came out and did an excellent job with our evergreen tree. Removal and cleanup was a large job and it was done same day. Highly recommended for service and price!!!

Worked with the crew as the reviewed the situation. They gave me their opinions and ideas on how to address my concerns. Throughout the process they communicated with me and my wife making sure that they were meeting our expectations. After completing their work they cleaned up their mess and left my yard in great condition. They were very detailed oriented and when working on multiple trees in a rather small area details matter. The Military Discount was also a nice plus.
