I had a problem with my AC not working and he came through same day! I called 4 other places and they all pushed me off for 3-5 days in 90° heat! Good man, quick service, and very responsive.

Travis added us to his already full schedule.He did diagnosis of the air conditioner explaining all things with the issue at hand. Travis was able to come out on short notice. He told me his diagnostic charge and his hourly rate up front and after I explained the issue he gave me a good idea of what to expect. He walked me through the diagnostic process, showed me the new and old parts and got the job done quickly. Service like that is unfortunately not common these days. We will be using Trico for our HVAC needs in the future.
