The roof and products are fine but the communication and follow through when I had questions and needed a leaky gutter repaired were horrible. Immense improvement is definitely in order.

It's sad ...but if this were a good review ...you tell 10 people 2 would use their services....but this isn't so ten people will tell 10 people who will tell 10 more and multiphasic this situation....we have been yanked this ways with promises and smiles.....then just being ignored as they ask for more money.....work is not up to Nebraska codes or standards....we are still waiting for an itemized work and the amounts each service cost..... As they just ignore us and ask for more money. We are without a phone call they don't plan with you.....it's just a someday someone will show up and we can get this done before it's starts snowing.....to late it already snowed once.....just sad sad sad

I wanted to work with a local company. Dennis with South O Roofing was great from explaining the process to coordinating with the adjuster through completion of the project.

They billed my insurance company for1133sf of r&r sheathing on my roof they didn't remove existing sheathing,they only installed 416sf of new sheathing over the old sheathing on north side of roof even though they were paid for 1133sf of r&r. They also billed 173lf of replacing facia. They actually only replaced 12lf on south side. When they finished the roof, instead of using a magnet to pick up nails on deck ; in yard, they used a leaf blower to blow them all over my yard. I'm paying my deductible to be rid of them I should take them to court. I have pictures of every!thing.!

As a senior citizen with the hail damage that was done to my house and roof, and with everyone in the neighborhood, getting different companies and people coming, door-to-door was a very confusing process to have to deal with and since I am South Omaha born I chose this company, and I am so thankful and blessed that I did and I would recommend this company to anyone the owner walked me through every step and helped me with making decisions and dealing with the insurance company which was a difficult job as with all insurance companies, and then wow here comes a roofing crew that was so courteous and kind and got the job done quickly and as well the siding guys were amazing the guys putting up gutters also did good work. As for all the steps in the process, the staff and office people worked very hard with help of assisting picking things out that I needed and kept me posted on all the details that made this process successful and I love love my house I did pick a company that was very reputable and dependable and they did live up to all the expectations that I had and I think all them and their workers

They came and put my roof on in two days. I have a large roof. It took them one day to tear off and one day to put it on. The yard was so clean after they left it was like no one had been there. They workers were super polite and professional. I tell all my friends about the great work.

Original contractor blew us off, kept pushing the install date later and later, called South O Roofing, they had an installer out in the 2 day time frame we set up. Install completed quickly and efficiently.

I hired South O to fix my roof, siding after the Derecho in CR. Dennis did good job, followed up and provided response in a timely manner. I really had a hard time to get them out after the major work was completed. I hired inspector to do inspection and found out some issues that needed to be fixed, I spent a long time to ask them to come down to CR. They eventually agreed with me to hire a local contractor to finish the work. That's how I grew not trusting South O Management. Work is done, I deducted that from the final payment that I owe them. I had a final insurance check. The amount bigger than what I owe them. It has me, my husband, and South O names on it. I let them know, they would need to give me a check before I can sign off and mail it to them. I did this because I want to make sure they refund the correct portion of mine. I waited for a long time. Finally, the check will be expired in seven days. I drove to their office in Omaha, NE . When I arrived their office, the office girl asked me to write a personal check, so they can endorse it. I did that. She went to the back office and come out told me they would not accept my personal check, and asked me to go get a cashier to them. My case was, it was not the first time I gave my person check to them, why on earth they didn't accept it this time. They could have taken the insurance check and wrote me a check for the amount they owe me and date the check in 7 days later. The most irate thing was they took my insurance check against my will, and told me that insurance check "is not going to leave the office!" Not to mention before she took my check. She said she just want to take a look and will give me back right away. But she didn’t!! I felt like they are stealing my property against my will because Portion of the check was my property as well. I told them I will need a refund check from them right away. However they believe the insurance check will not be cleared even though the date of the check was clearly showing it will expired in 7 days. The situation was hostile. Since I drove that far, and I needed to get things resolved. I went to get a cashier check. They then endorsed the insurance check for me. I deposited the insurance check right away and the bank told me it will be cleared the next day.When I went back to the office to get a receipt, I heard someone in the back office making loud comment base on my ethnicity "Old Asian Lady" . I told the receptionist that was a very unnecessary comment. I should not be treated this way. It was very unprofessional of the back office support on their end .

South O Roofing put my mind at ease after a storm rolled through. There was so much damage. What I thought would be a stressful ongoing situation they worked to get things going right away. Took the stress off of me knowing that I was in good hands. Cant express enough how great the experience (twice) was. I highly recommend South O Roofing.
