Air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. 100 plus the next day forecasted. Called before they opened left a plea for help. Was back up and cooling before noon. Delt with them before. Very pleased...

Affordable, congenial, professional and knowledgeable, very competent and excellent service! Would highly recommend this business! Came the same day we called, diagnosed problem quickly and solved it throughly. Also checked to be sure there were no other issues all in a reasonable time frame, at a very reasonable, affordable cost.

A friend of mine hired them to fix her swamp cooler. They came out said they changed the belt and bearings. Said it was goodto go. When she went to use the swamp cooler it didn't cool. She had them come out and look at it again. They said it was good to go again. Later when she went to use it, it wasn't cooling. She called them again and they said it would be anouther service call. So I came over and set the float so it has water in it. They had the float bent against the bottom of the cooler and kept the valve off. They didn't change the belt or bearings. The sprider was plugged up. So if they actually ran and checked this twice why didn't they at least have water in it and getting water to the pads ????? So for over $200 they put new pads in it. Took me 30 minutes to have it working for her. That they couldn't do in two service calls.

Called on a Saturday evening when all other businesses were closed and wanted to charge an arm and a leg to come out and see why my A/c stopped. Bill was here in less than 20 minutes and problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Couldnt have asked for better customer service and you can't beat the price. Hands down best in town.

Excellent service from the start. When my boiler went out, leaving my family without heat or hot water, they were the only company that could make it out the same day. Bill was super friendly and explained the whole process as he worked. He had to order two parts, but they showed up the next day and Bill immediately returned to install them. While I hope to never need their services again, they will be the first company I call when things go wrong.

Bill at Rusty's Refrigeration takes the absolute best care of our restaurant/bar (The Grid). We have used Rusty's since we opened and we always have very timely service and he always trouble shoots the exact problem the first time. We must have had at least ten service calls over the past year that we've been in business. We feel at ease knowing Rusty's Refrigeration and heating is only a phone call away.

I would not recommend getting service with this company. It was a total waste of my time. I took time off because the Owner Rusty said he would be here to fix my air conditioning but the guy didn't even show up. My warranty company and I were waiting for he's recommendation but he never submitted to them what he's finding or issues. I was driving the street three days after and I was right next to his vehicle. I then called his number but this guy didn't even pick up the phone! I ended up hiring a different contractor and thankfully, our A/C system is running well now.
