Extremely Disappointed – Unresolved HVAC Issue for Over a Month

Eagles Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC unit in our home (hired by the seller), but it has never worked properly. We contacted them at the end of May, and they scheduled an appointment for June 10—but never showed up. After finally sending someone out, they said the issue was the condenser and we’d have to wait for the part. They also said we would need to pay for labor and refrigerant, even though the system was never functioning in the first place.

When we pushed back, they agreed it shouldn’t be our responsibility—but then canceled the repair and rescheduled it for June 26. Once again, they didn’t show and didn’t call. After we followed up multiple times, they offered to come on June 28 instead.

Throughout this process, communication has been terrible, appointments have been missed repeatedly, and our newborn baby has been living in a home with no air conditioning during the summer. Our pediatrician has expressed serious concern about overheating, and when I raised this concern with their office, I was hung up on.

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you expect reliable service or accountability.

The team was very responsive to calls and assisted with a minor issue we were having extremely quickly. Highly recommended for all jobs big or small great customer service!

Eagles is a great company. Last year we were having problems with our air conditioner. Jose came right away, as it was 100 degrees. Got it going again but told us we would have to get a new furnace and air conditioner. Both were over 30 years old.
A year later, we used them for our new unit. Very reasonably priced and great employees! We had 3 very nice people who installed everything. I did not catch 2 of the names, but Christen was vey knowledgeable about nice.

I had eagle heating install an a/c in a rental for me. They purchased the a/c and put it up, then they put finishing trim around the until. It looks so nice and works great!
