This was an issue that needed to be resolved ASAP or else the house would have no heat. They got to the house immediately and got things fixed. I really appreciate them!

So far not impressed with the service. Booked an appointment a week ago. The tech was an hour and a half late then showed up and didn’t have all the equipment to do the job. I asked for my dryer vent to be cleaned out and a tune up on my a/c. After returning from the shop another 20 minutes later he vacuumed my vent and pushed the dryer back not hooking up the lint hose. Then a/c tune up must mean hosing off the outside. Here about an hour and charged $240. Not impressed wouldn’t recommend.

I needed their plumbing service on this visit. Reed is professional, courteous and did a great job in a timely manner! Installed a new dishwasher, hooked up sinks, and fixed the stove connection (gas leak).

Galdarisi installed a new A/C a few years ago for us.We are now in the process of potentially selling our home and noticed that the A/C was too close to the electrical panel so they came out and relocated the unit for us without any issue. I'd recommend them any day.

Cody showed up on time after a long, long drive. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very competent. Diagnosed and repaired furnace in just one hour. Great service.

Had a problem with my furnace. Motor went out as well as capacitor out. Came in Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave my unit a full inspection since it’s an older unit. Got the parts in today and showed up and within 30 minutes had me up and running. Prompt and professional and excellent communication. Highly recommend

The technicians arrived promptly and were professional, courteous and friendly. They did a thorough job of servicing the unit and cleaning the exhaust chimney. However, I was shocked to learn that the cost of the job more than doubled in one year. That’s a hard blow to retirees like me who are on a fixed income. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this fact at the time I scheduled the service. Then I could have planned for it. As it is, now I have to figure out what I can do without. And still need my vehicle serviced.

We had a leak in our tankless water heater. I called Galdarisi Heating and Air at around 8:00AM and was told that a technician will be at our home around 11:00 AM. Lo and behold his name is Reed Mortensen, he came and fixed the problem. My husband described him to be young and knowledgeable on what needs to be done....Thank you Reed and thank you Galdarisi...We are keeping your phone number handy...

I was disappointed with the level of professionalism during our recent service. The lead technician appeared frustrated from the start and made my girlfriend uncomfortable with his tone and attitude. When asked questions about the service, his responses were short and dismissive.

We had also requested duct repair, but when asked about it, the tech stated, “we don’t go under the house.” I called the office for clarification and was told someone would return my call, but I never received a follow-up.

While the work was completed, the experience left us feeling uneasy. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures better communication and professionalism moving forward.

The service was excellent and the two installer were awesome. Very neat and clean and replaced everything that needed to be done. I called in the morning and by evening I had a new hot water heater. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Reed came over and installed our new dishwasher. Love it when people know what they are doing!! ;) He was quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and was extremely proficient in what he was doing. Galdarisi is now our go-to plumbing company!

Galdarisi Heating and Air Conditioning was great! We reached out due to no heat in our house with 31° temps outside. They came quickly and fixed our unit. Art was our technician and was very respectful and explained everything that I needed to know about our unit. We'll definitely be reaching out to them again for any future needs.

Our HVAC system stopped working while my husband was out of town on a hunting trip. I did the basics, replaced the filters, put new batteries in my thermostat, checked the electronic igniter, checked the flame sensor, checked air flow, etc. and it continued to short cycle and blow cold air. I called Galdarisi Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to send somebody out right away. They arrived 30 minutes earlier than predicted and had me up and running within the hour. The serviceman was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain what the issue was and that I may need a new motor in the future as my bearings were starting to make a whining noise and he even came back to make sure he turned my thermostat back down to what I had it set at after he had left. Not to mention the charge was less than half of what I expected it to be! It was about as much as what I usually pay just for the travel charge! If I could give a 10 star review I would!! Had a tankless water heater system installed. They were very quick with their response time. Called Monday. Had the estimator out Tuesday and the unit was installed two days later on Thursday. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism, knowledge of their staff, and the quality of their work. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them without a doubt!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my 1st interaction with them. My daughter had an issue with her air conditioner. I had called a few places, only to get a service date so far out it would fall, or an outrageous price. After a friendly and helpful call to Galdarisi, I was assured the would be out in 3 days to assess the problem. By the end of the week, the problem was fixed and at a fair price! Serviceman was right on time. Quick to diagnose the problem. I have to order parts and he will be back and finish up. The only heating and cooling company I will use in this town. Parts came in and repaired was scheduled for the next day. Anthony came back out, replaced the fan and got the pellet stove hooked up. Great response. Great work. Great service. Very happy!
