I don’t know about your life, but for us if something bad is gonna happen it’s gonna happen on a weekend or holiday when businesses are closed. Thankfully Jimmy O’s came to our rescue with their emergency line. They were quick to arrive and fixed our plumbing issue. As always, their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will always use their services and can’t recommend them enough!

New to Fernley, first time trying Jiffy O's to have a clogged toilet looked at. They were easy to make an appointment with, arrived on time, did a good job and were friendly.

The lady on the other end of the phone was very quick, and concise. I got an exact quote over the phone with the details I gave, and someone was at my house in a different town within one hour. No emergency fee, no unseen costs. It was exactly what I needed. The guy who came out and did the work was fast, communicative, and respectful.

Good, with a little hiccup. The hiccup was because my gal and I talked to Gracie and was under the impression that it would be a price different than it ended up being.
The good is that Angius came out here and dealt with the problem in minutes. Then installed a new toilet. He didn’t waste any time. He was polite and professional. Likable guy. We talked on a personal level as he worked. I enjoyed our conversation.

They came out within 1/2 hour of my call, did a wonderful job clearing my lines, the young man was very courteous and respectful. The price was reasonable. Im very happy with their service. The only plumbers I use.
