Great service, and so courteous! The job came out beautifully.

This review might come across a bit harsh, but reviews are opportunities for professional improvement, and this one was requested by the business; also, my father is a licensed plumber and ICC inspector, so I’m not commenting blindly. Had he been here, the work would have cost me nothing, but here I am.

My water heater failed this weekend, and I paid $150 for an emergency dispatch for a diagnosis on a Saturday. That’s excessive, but I’ll allow it for quality service and knowledge. You get what you pay for in the trades.

An apprentice arrived, performed a quick diagnostic, and informed me that my gas valve/control module was faulty. The part alone would have cost around $300 to replace, and the entire 40 gallon gas water heater would be around $600 to replace and was 11 years old. Easy decision. The apprentice informed me they would install new equipment, even purchased third party, as soon as Monday.

Although the replacement didn’t happen on Monday, because I had to order the equipment from Lowe’s and inspect it for possible damage, they were able to install it Tuesday. Great turnaround time!

The entire installation took about three hours, which was much longer than anticipated and communicated, but the work was quality. I appreciated the journeyman’s insistence that he fix the unsoldered joints for the T&P valve and that he had discovered some other issues.

My problem has to do with the journeyman leaving my garage with my 12 inch v-neck Channelock that I bought brand new to replace my laundry valves last summer.

When I asked the apprentice where my tool was, he immediately asked the journeyman, who promptly brought his entire plumber’s tool bucket to my garage, after he asked if the handles were blue (yeah, bro… ALL name branded Channelock handles are blue…), and after commenting that his Channelock would “not be new” promptly handed my my damn tool.

Bro… I’m an accountant, not even a tradesman, and I know EXACTLY where all of my tools are at any given time, and I’d definitely know if I have a tool in my possession that wasn’t mine.

A man’s home is his castle. You don’t leave his castle with his tools. Never rub another man’s rhubarb.

Anyway, the installation seems fine. I’d appreciate a little more integrity and attention to detail in the future.

***gas leak*** I identified a gas leak after less than 30 days from install, but they came back the next morning and corrected it at no charge.

Angius arrived early so I'm glad one of us was home. He was very professional and completed the job within like 20-minutes. Thank you Angius for your taking care of this issue for us so promptly.

We called JIFFY O's this morning needing a new toilet, afraid it would be next week before it got replaced. The tech showed up within the hour with everything needed and got the job done in a very timely fashion. Plus he took care of some work on our sink. No problem. Would definitely call them again when the need arises.

They did a great job on time. Meticulous workmanship went the extra mile. And very polite. I think they truly care about their customers would not hesitate to call them again.

My home was without water for 4 days. This company came out on about 10 minutes notice. Jiffy O's was in the neighborhood at 4:30 finishing another job. The crew that came to my home was exceptional!
They were confident, polite, excellent at working together and just overall a joy to have in our home. They said they were not leaving until we had water! Jiffy O's fixed a very difficult problem that perplexed 10 other people. Our bill was fair and very very reasonable, a shock with all the gouging that is going on today!

We've used these guys several times and they are always professional and efficient. They show up quick and communicate well so we always know what's happening. They're the first ones we call whenever we have issues.

Always come ready to work and are friendly and respectful. Get the job done and answer any questions I have. But the best part for me is they never ask for my husband or partner. They listen to me and take what I say about my home as facts. Sounds silly, but as a girl that doesn't happen as much as it should.

This company is wonderful. Does way more than just rooter. Employees don't work slow at all, so you can save. Triple check work. They have done great work for me for years.

Called them at 10.00 am. Was told that they would be out at,1.30-2.00 pm. They came at 1.00 Scott and his helper were beyond courteous, knowledgeable. Scott was very patient with me asking 100 questions. He didn't leave until he was sure that everything worked like it should. He also impressed me with his teaching style. Always making sure his helper understood everything he did. To top it off he cleaned everything up once done, even though I told him I would take care of it. Highly recommend them!!!

Water leak in yard. I was panicked fearing the worst. Turned out it was a hose bib. They replaced it and I have water in the house. I went to put in how much I paid and because it was $105.00. 100-200 doesn’t show the accuracy of what I feel was a very reasonable amount.
