This is the second time I have had the opportunity to use Galdarisi heating and air. Both times have been exceptional service, With quick response times. I really appreciate the level of communication through Texting. They confirm the appointment time and then let you know when the technician is in route, As well as once they have arrived. The technicians have always been absolutely professional, polite, and efficient.
This last occasion, my heat went out two days before Thanksgiving. I live in a bit of a remote area, And they were able to Come diagnose the problem, same day, and fix the problem the next day.
I appreciate the service I get from them each and every time, I would not hesitate to use them in the future

Absolutely love the team at Galdarisi. They have done an incredible job affordably helping me restore a 103 year old home by plumbing a brand new kitchen and two bathrooms! I am a property manager and I had not worked with this HVAC company before, but one of my clients asked me to do so, since they had worked with them before. I wish I had something more positive to say, but this entire process with Eagles was painstaking. First they gave me a time frame for ordering a part, and it took 3 times that long to come in, and they never called to provide an update. I had to reach out to them multiple times when I had not heard anything. Once they received the part, they were a no show for 3 appointments, and did not bother to call to say they needed to reschedule. One of the many times I called, the gentleman who answered the phone, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude. Then once they had finally installed the new condenser, and I had paid their invoice, 2 weeks later they called and told me there is another outstanding invoice. Apparently they billed for one of the times they did (or even did not show, I am not sure) come out to diagnose the issue, but never sent me that invoice. Just a very disappointing experience, will not be using them again.

This company did a great job in getting my heater up and running again. Called before service person came out, and they were always here on time.

Office staff extremely helpful. Needed a swap cooler repaired. Company added extra hours to schedule more repairs. They truly want to be helpful. The repairs were done swiftly by very professional workers. I highly recommend their services.

Called for an emergency fix and these guys were able to come the same day (during a holiday weekend) and had it up and running, despite no available repair parts from might. Then took the time to show me what to do to get it running myself if it happened again.
