We recently visited a D.R. Horton Symmetry Bay at Cadence community and had the absolute pleasure of working with Ana. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and refreshingly not pushy or intimidating—something that’s rare in home shopping. Ana made us feel like more than just customers. She connected with us as people, and even went out of her way to make our child feel special by offering paper, crayons, and a tiny construction hat (which totally made her day!).

Although we didn’t end up buying with D.R. Horton, our experience with Ana stood out as the best among all the salespeople we met during our two months of house hunting. She set the bar high with her warmth, honesty, and genuine care. Thank you, Ana—you truly made a difference!

Mine and my realtors first contacted was with the DR Horton representative Jeff Chong. He was very professional, cordial, responsible and very knowledgeable about the house and the area. The best thing about Jeff was if he didn’t know an answer to a question he said he didn’t know but would find out. He always found the answer to our questions in a timely manner. I looked for a house for over a year. On many occasions I would walk into the sales office and tell my agent I don’t like the sales representative and I don’t trust them. This was not the case with Jeff. He was a breath of fresh air. Thus I purchased the house and Jeff still provides me with information I need for HOA approval on projects and material specifications for upgrades etc

I purchased a home from D.R Horton at Symmetry Bay and had a GREAT experience from the first day I walked into their model home Ted and Micheal were extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. Spencer in the financing department made the process of applying for the loan uncomplicated and communicated in a timely manner. Joe (Superintendent) took the time to educate me about the home and its maintenance during New Home Orientation. Thanks to the highly skilled team at D.R Horton I was able to move into my new home in less than a month.

We wanted a simple refresh for our bathroom and decided on wallpaper. The installer was careful with all the tricky spots around the fixtures and edges. Thanks for handling the details.

I brought in local wallpaper pros to work on a wall that had a few small flaws. Once they prepped the area, the wallpaper went up evenly and looks great.

We run a small salon and needed something good-looking that doesn't need much upkeep. The wallpaper guy actually recommended a better material than what we picked. Glad we took his advice - install job looks sharp and it's holding up well.

Built a really nice pool great design at my vacation home

Their name may be "Greencare" but they are anything but green. I saw one of their trucks on the road this morning (license plate Nevada 278 S05) and it was emitting so much smoke exhaust that it seemed like it was on fire. It is not only ruining our environment, but was making conditions dangerous for other drivers, both due to reduced visibility and other drivers making unnecessary moves to get away from the trail of smoke left by this vehicle. There is absolutely no way that such a vehicle could has passed any type of inspection in its condition.

If this company cares that little for our environment, I would never trust or recommend them for anything.

Today is day 425 since they started digging and it’s still not done. Greencare doesn’t care.

Design department recommended poisonous plants to a house with dogs.

Was told no berries on the Carolina Cherry Shrubs, arrived on site with little hard red berries. Any good boy-scout knows that’s poison.

Turns out it was cyanide, poisonous to dogs and humans. I rejected the poisonous plants and we agreed to just put cypress trees instead.

They left holes in the ground for months and finally after complaining, and waiting weeks to be scheduled… they brought back more poisonous plants and tried to plant them again. Wow, I couldn’t believe it.

This experience is not unique and illustrates almost every experience I had with Greencare.

Greencare has done an amazing job on our pool build. They worked with us to create a design that met our vision and remained functional for what we wanted. Every team which has shown up has been prompt and professional. No issues whatsoever. Smooth build.

Our pool journey began in May 2021. We met with Jeremy and planned out the pool/spa. This was after COVID, so there were supply issues, however, the original estimated completion was September/October 2021. That estimated date was pushed to November (around Thanksgiving) 2021, and then to late December 2021, then February 2022. Eventually, in May 2022 (exactly one year later), the pool/spa was completed. Our biggest issue throughout was the lack of communication. It was difficult to get calls back or status updates. Again, this was right after COVID, so there may have been staffing issues that caused this. Based on the finished product, I would recommend Greencare. Knock on wood... but we've had no issues with the construction of the pool over the past two years. They recommended a pool service guy (Water Science), who was associated with the company. I do NOT recommend them. They sent teenaged kids at times, didn't show up some weeks, it was annoying. A couple times the pool turned green and we couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone to come help us. Find someone else to service your pool.

Our pool was built in 2020, we've had trouble free swimming for 4 years, recently the autofill valve started leaking and I couldn't find the proper replacement. I went to the office and talked with Tim, he got me the right valve and took care of it on warranty. It's good to know Greencare is there when needed.

We love our pool by Jeremy & Greencare! Jeremy kept us informed and we knew what to expect. He was professional and kind. Our pool & backyard was completely in a reasonable timeframe and we have made wonderful family memories with our grandkids in the pool.
